Funlife Fitness Centre

I attended this centre for hydrotherapy. And came out with a new injury. Not something you expect to happen when you attend for therapy. The venue does not provide adequate, safe supports for those with disability and mobility issues. Access to therapy area is down steep and deep steps. Entry into pool only has rails on one side. And the tiles are slippery. Shower cubicles are small, have no seating or grab rails. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. I am now left with an added injury needing treatment.

Great staff and everyone is friendly. Not too crowded and they have exercise physiologists on the staff as well as personal training and swimming classes

I ve been using the pool for about 3 months now and thoroughly enjoy both aquacise classes and free time in the pool and spa. So much so I've got 3 friends join up too and we're all having a fun time and getting fitter at the same time. Staff are all very pleasant too. Highly recommended

I really disliked the place, it was like a retirement home for old people, the equipment was old and bad and one thing I hate mostly was the lady Amy, she was being rude and terminated my friends membership due to not having a towel

I took a 11 week break because someone past swayed in our family and I had motivation to work harder. So when I came back the lady at the front desk was saying even though I didn’t come I still have to pay. I didn’t go once why do I have to pay, they love to scam people and she refused to bring a manager to me. She kept on shouting at me and didn’t give me a chance to explain why I couldn’t come.

Lady at the front desk (Amy/Jamy) was rude on call while they had to refund the fee due to unavailability from their end. And they have charged us incorrectly even though there were no lessons scheduled on that day.

I've been to many gyms and this one by far is the worst. Not worth the cheap price.

I didn't realise the benefits of an independent gym until I started. Staff are fantastic and have been very accommodating. They are also Covid safe.

Banned because me and a group of friends refused to buy towels. Gym is crowded and not following corona rules
