Dishonest customer service! I phoned before hand asking whether it is possible to get same day name embroidering service and was told on the phone that it is possible.
Drove almost half and hour with a small child and to be told after choosing colours and everything, that it can not be done that day nor the next day.
Would have saved my time if the customer service representative would have been honest in the first place. Would not visit this place again

Tracy at Fully Promoted is a Gem! She assisted us from the store front on choosing a t-shirt design and then having our logo printed on them. It was an easy and efficient process and we can't wait until we need more gear to go back to them.
