They are so helping my food expenses I’m vegan so I need to buy lots of veggies but was struggling with high expenses at Woolies or Coles. They are in a great location, with long opening hours and good prices. I stopped buying veggies at Woolies. They are the best Thank you so much for your business

I'm buying veg and fresh fruit almost every weekend from this place, and it's really good quality and cheaper than Coles, which is next door.
Hopefully, we can get more fruit verity in the future.

Terrible service. I purchased 4 bananas for $0.6. I only have $50 so I paid by cash. She said I should not pay only $0.6 with a $50 note and she gave me ridiculous changes of 2 $10,3 $5 plus a whole bunch of $2 and $1 coins. She even miscounted $4 short because there were too many coins. I asked her for the $4 and she started to give me all in 20 cents. I got very angry and told her this is unacceptable. She repeated I should not use a $50 note to just buy a $0.6 product and told me not to come back again. Is this my problem or their problem to prefer smaller notes?

I bought these nectarines on Sunday for my children for school. Monday morning we cut it and all were rotten inside. So On Monday I took it to the shop and asked for owner and complained about the product. He grabbed the packet from me. I also mentioned that these kind of rotten fruits you are selling is not good and healthy and should be complained to the agencies. He then started showing the attitude and said to me to go to anyone and do the complaint. Instead of apologising, he showed me the bad attitude. I haven't got my refund and replacement yet. Very bad experience and fruits quality. Very pathetic customer service.

Very disappointed in this store. Bought a whole water melon. $15 worth. It was far too ripe. Looked like crystals were forming. Tasteless and left the mouth feeling fury. Took it back and the owner wouldn't exchange it. So much for keeping the customers happy. I will never shop there again.

Very pleasant store with friendly and helpful staffs, highly recommend if you are looking for fresh veg and fruits. Great variety and very conveniently located.

Well stocked fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices. Lots of dry goods & snacks too. Always have a lovely display of flowers. Not always fresh though and still left at full price.

Worse place ever, bought some vegetables last time all rotten inside. This time was there to get corn, the guy working there told me not allow to choose, because they cheap, it's not like $3 each, I was like, if I don't how would I know which is good, even if it cheap or not still money. You don't want people to choose then need to put up a sign to say so. I told the guy the one I just pick and put it down it's ridden inside, he told me all of them is good, he open it open and try to rub the rotten part off. He gave me an attitude and angry face when talking to me. It's as though he want to swear at me.
Rather go to somewhere else rather than this place. Worse experience ever.

I bought a fresh bouquet of flowers, came home and there is mold growing all through the bunch. I can’t salvage any of them and it honestly was so disappointing for $15

Terrible, sort of cheating in weighing!

Just bought (around 2 pm, 2nd Jan 2023) only peaches which were 3.5$/kg and they cost me 6$ for 1.65 kg but actual weight of those peaches was 1.1 kg (as three time weigh on three different machines).
At the time of purchase it gives me suspicion which led to verify it.

I often bypass the fruit and veg section of Coles to shop at Fresh Point. They have a good selection of fresh fruit and veg, are always well stocked and the produce seems fresh and well presented. You can also buy eggs, flowers, various dried fruit and nuts, herbs spices and exotic sweets from here. There is no self checkout and only a couple of tills, so it can get busy, but the staff are friendly efficient and helpful.

Terrible experience. The fruits I bought go to bin immediately after opened them.
Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Sorry for make u confuse. We call sweet potato as fruit and almost 30% are like this if U need a picture.

I don't want to mention the bad experience of mushrooms before U said it in your reply.
You checked yourself for the conditions of the two bags of mushrooms (already gone bad, sticky inside, even though BB shows 20/10).
You offered two new bags of mushrooms (which U means the extra two bags) and took away the two bad mushrooms which I already paid for and said U gonna contact the supplier regarding this issue.

Plz inform me the reason why I need to pay extra money for the exchanged mushrooms? I really fail to get the point.

Or simply check your CCTV to track what I bought and paid for. And also how many Enoki mushrooms in my trolley when I left your store.

I was really disappointed with the customer services of the lady today at 1.30pm. Frustrating

Very bad customer service.
I just took some vegetables and I gentlt asked for the surcharges. The lady said you don't need to come here, go go.
It's really frustrating customer service. Such a bad experience in here.

Very unhappy. I bought 5 pomegranates today, all 5 completely brown seeds inside. Could not eat any of them, straight in the compost.

Best local fruit and veggie shop, great customer service and always fresh, highly recommended
