Pete, Zina and the team are knowledgable, friendly and intuitive. Cant fault them or the other amiable members/regulars. Great location.

It's a great place to exercise if youre looking for a peaceful gym. You won't see hot-looking gym goers but elderly which is a good thing since you want to focus on yourself rather than getting distracted by other gym members.

Most I’ve ever paid for a swim and the facilities were disgusting! Filthy. There wasn’t even toilet paper. It’s shame because it would have been a very convenient option for me in the future. I don’t mind paying, but the price needs to be commensurate with the quality.

Absolutely the best trainer - Vanessa from Freedom Fitness, Adelaide! She genuinely wants her clients to reach their goals. Very supportive and encouraging. Her approach in training is something that every client requires. Very systematic and gradual learning approach. She genuinely loves her work and I can see that very much reflected in the training sessions that we do together! It makes a huge difference for the client when trainer genuinely loves what they do for work. So happy to have you as my trainer!

Our 16 y.o. Son has been going to Freedom Fitness for a couple of months and loves it. I have to say the staff are beyond amazing. They go out of their way to look out for our son and mentor him towards his fitness goals. It's more like a home away from home than just a gym. Very rare to find this kind of service these days! Well done to Peter and his staff.

The pool is not much to write home about. It's pretty spartan in design and the swimming aids provided are nothing special. The change rooms aren't too swish either. They're small, have poor ventilation and the showers have mould in the grout. Definitely not worth the $10 for a casual swim.

Is exactly what you call a boutique gym. Ticks all boxes, clean, good new equipment, friendly staff.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Workout equipment it 10/10, everything you need. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10. I would highly recommend checking this place out

I have used the swimming pool at this centre for years. Great pool, great staff and clean facilities.

Just finished 3 months at this gym and sorry not to be able to continue as I am moving from the area. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Pleasant atmosphere and the pool is a big plus. Highly recommended.

As a mother of two young children who meets their coach for swimming lessons here every week for the last 4 weeks at the same time same day, I was appalled at the ARROGANCE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM displayed by the owner of this fitness centre! Even when there is a miscommunication from the coach on the change of time slot, there was NO need to be so uncivilised and disrespectful towards your clients. My children were polite, quiet and simply warming up for their purposed lesson. They are not at fault. We should not be the subject of your CONDESCENDING AND ILL-MANNERED ways. If you learn to be more professional and civil, this could have been resolved quickly and amicably. BE WARNED!

Not a franchised gym, so the owner is closely connected to members. A big, fit, happy gym family.

The swimmingpool was fantastic though the water was not heated up enough compared to sa aquatic centre. But this is definitely a good choice for city dwellers

Good gym with a variety of free weights, cables, and machines. 25m lap pool also included. Classes and guidance also available for fitness, flexibility, functional, or sculpting goals. Open 7 days.

For an out of town drop in swim $10 isn't cheap but no public pools in CBD as far as I could tell.

Extremely unfriendly environment. Male trainers are rude and bully patrons. Be warned, you will not feel comfortable here. PAG

I have always enjoyed training at Fitness on Flinders. The staff have been great, the equipment well maintained and the pool superb.
