Fountain Corner Family Practice

All the good doctors leave or don't take new pts. It was a good place once but now is terrible. I have been going there for more than 10 years and think it's now time to find somewhere else.

I’ve been attending this practice for 30 years- always had excellent doctors and supportive staff. Our whole family have come here.

Cindy is awesome. Staff are always professional and helpful. Have never looked back since coming to this practice.

Appalling customer service from the Customer Service Staff over the phone. Staff member was exceptionally rude. Continually spoke over the top of me, was aggressive and was unhelpful. Very disappointed with the customer experience. The Doctors are fantastic but the customer interface staff need some training.

I've had a wonderful experience here seeing both Dr Koh and Dr Gautam. They take my issues seriously and are intelligent, thorough, and caring. Fantastic practice, highly recommended ️

Love going to see Susan Lloyd. She’s an incredibly empathetic doctor and I always feel comfortable going to see her.

Dr Karl Schapel is a fantastic Doctor and a great man! Nothings to much of a hassle for him. He is always professional, whilst being caring and compassionate. His an amazing doctor, and all the staff at Fountain Corner are fantastic too.

All the Dr's and staff here are amazing! Particularly Dr Karl Schapel who I have been seeing for quite sometime now. He is professional, caring, knowledgable and friendly and it is always a privilege to see him.

My family and I see Dr Lexi Mcskimming. She is a brilliant GP and is very kind and considerate. I live across the other side of the city but will continue to travel just to see her.

The desk staff and nursing staff are very kind and attentive. An all round great experience.

This used to be a great practice but it’s changed management and is now some cookie cutter clinic and despite our family being loyal patients for years, when I actually have a serious problem and call up and urgently request an appointment they fob me off. I won’t be going back. Avoid.

I can hardly believe how thorough my GP has been.

I'll continue to travel across the city to see her.

On the ball doctors. Nice friendly reception staff, in-house nurse & dietician. Great referrals 4 top specialists. Although on busy Unley Rd, there's a car park out back.

Our regular family GP has been with Fountain Corner Family Practice since before we started seeing him. On the rare occasion we have needed to see someone else (due to urgent need, or if he's only holiday) we've been more than happy with the thorough, respectful, and pleasant treatment we've received.

I've referred many people to the Practice, and will continue to do so.
