Flufferz Car Wash Cafe

I had thought a car wash service would do a better job with all the equipment they have better than I would do at home, I was absolutely wrong. My car came back like this after paying $99 including a so called upgrade from $85 (see pics below of a so-called premium wash from this Flufferz service). I'm still regretting why I have to take my car to this car wash service.
I have called to let them know and they have asked that I take the car back for them to re-do. But the thing is I'm afraid it can only get worse.
Definitely I do not recommend especially if your vehicle is relatively brand new like mine. I agree with a previous review that says they might do older models better, but not new ones.

I brought my car to flufferz they did not put one of my floor mats back in the car

My car is a collectors and I will never find that floor mat again i have called everyone its now obsolete

Not one apology nor any empathy

So if you want your car neglected bright it to flufferz

Have been going to this car wash for several years. The previous owner was thorough and did an immaculate job.
New owner is only interested in a fast turn around and its all about the quick dollar.
Car went in and 10 minutes later it was all finished! You could still see where the bugs had been on the front. The car was dull and for $75.00 it was a waste of money.
My advice do not go there.
Former owner was terrific.sad that they have gone.
Not returning here to have my car done.

Manager or owner is good, accommodating. Buuuttt… doesn’t know how to take care of new car. I specifically told then not to use any chemical when wiping the interior, but they did. The matt effect of the interior become shiny like used cars now. If you have new car, dont bring it with them.better do it yourself. Also paid to clean the engine bay, wiping only.but did not do it well. Anyway, I did regret bringing mine to them.

If your car is used car, i think will be perfect with them.

Can’t fault them, great attention to detail and took the time they said it would. Will be coming back

Had a full internal detail of the car ready for sale. Did a fantastic job! That new car feeling was back!

Now looks like a vacant corner block
The business has previously been sold and under new management
There has been a massive price increase of more than 40%
Now to get an SUV cleaned is $95.00 whereby before it was $64.00
Furthermore the new owner is rude.

Very disappointed with this business because 2 cars arrived after me and they got washed first, that is not good enough and I was left waiting for 1 and half hours
I will never return to this business

I tried to call 5 times on separate occasions, no answer.

I drove there and was turned away stating that I needed to book for an interior detail. I suspect the true reason they turned me away because my car wasn't "luxury" looking.

Went 600m down the road to magic hand car wash where their attention to detail and manners was superb.

Terrible experience, wife had her car cleaned only to find her electronic control module from her car keys missing. On questioning they were rude and stated keys arrived in this state and they have taken photos (complete lie) but they will check their vacuum. After reading further reviews I see this to be a common theme. Negligent and unacceptable.

Do a great job workers very polite have to wait for car awhile but a lovely cafe there for food and drink have car done inside and out smells nice when finished

Paid 115$ but haven't done vaccum and only 1 side of Car was Cleaned. Engine was done good

Paid for $65 for a Maxi fluff service and was not happy with results. Chassis not cleaned - still quite a few dirty spots, rearview mirror not cleaned, windscreen had smear marks and took well over 2 hours when I was told 1.5 hours.

Went in the day before was told we didn't need to book in for the top of the line clean for inside and outside. Got there the next day and was told we did need to book in so only got a standard clean. They did do a good job just disappointed we could get what we wanted.

To be honest my first experience was not great but second was excellent. I wanted a full clean up in and out of my 7 year old Honda civic which was very dirty. I paid nealy $200 but the service was excellent. After the clean up, the is like a new car. Highlt recommend their full service. I beleive everyone deserves second chance.

Very polite reception and the guys outside did a great job with the utmost attention to detail… even came over to the car after completing to redo the back windscreen after they noticed something. Will return

Unprofessional and very rude business manager. Stay away from this business.

Was provided an estimate time of 2 hours. Ran a stop watch after handing over the keys and returned to the car wash after 1 hour 40 minutes thinking I have to wait for another 15 - 20 minutes at the car wash.

Was surprised to see the car still parked outside the washing area without being touched. They could have at least called or sent a text advising it will take longer than what they had estimated.

Not going to return to a business who doesn’t value my time and doesn’t even have the courtesy to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Please get your facts right before responding to reviews. Clearly this business is out of control.

Your estimated time should be realistic. You can’t have a car sitting in a car park for 1 hour 40 minutes and not even being touched for cleaning when your own estimate is 2 hours.

Please learn to accept feedback in a positive manner instead of trying to justify your wrong doing.

If you have made a mistake accept and acknowledge it. If you are over capacity don’t accept more cars or tell upfront it will take more than 2 hours.

I wouldn’t want to waste my day by waiting for getting a car washed over 2 hours.

Good attention to detail, lovely and inviting staff. Treated me with care and respect and took care of my baby car with love. Will definitely be back!

Really lovely staff and they washed my baby with care. Good prices as well and good coffee on-site for while you're waiting.
