I've been trying to have an appointment for my child for the last 2days when ever I called them the start asking 100 questions and at the end they say * we don't have any appointment her we very scared of corona viurs why you don't go somewhere else* are you kidding me why you open then and take calls and asked all these details so stupid

I have been going to this gp clinic for 35yrs, the Doctors there have helped me through some very difficult situations. The reception staff and nurses have been helpful and caring too. Even though i no longer live in the area I travel quite a way because of the good service I have received

I have been going to this practise for 15 years and the receptionists are friendly and lovely. Dr Tan is wonderful.

Dr R. Wright was unhelpful with the problem I presented. Furthermore, he was rude, insulting and irresponsible. He acknowledged my risk of depression and then went on to prescribe me large amounts of opioids and benzodiazepine. Moreover, he was inconsiderate when I asked him further questions relating to my illness and said he had better hurry up because his waiting room would be full of patients.
As a senior GP and co-owner of the Florey Healthcare Practice, I would recommend that patients not visit Dr. Wright if they want a proper consultation you should find a doctor who cares about their patients.

This clinic has been my local clinic for 5+ years now. All the doctors, even those who are only Locum-ing are always thorough and helpful. The reception staff are friendly & do a great job.

Good doctors but unfortunately very poor customer's service. The customer service staff are not professional.
