Floral Atelier

Have placed quite a few orders from the US via Floral Atelier's website since last year - I think I have now found my "forever florist". Each time the flowers were magnificent and arrangements suited the situation and personalities of the people I wished to surprised beautifully. Some were complex and involved, some were simple but breathtaking in number and color. Sometimes it is hard to order from websites when everything looks the same, just in a different color, and you can never be sure what you asked for is available. Finally I found an incredibly talented florist from whom I can order seasonal bunches focussing on exquisite mass blooms just as easily as some of the most amazingly beautifully crafted & complex arrangements. Natasha responds to email requests the same or next day and I get images of what was made and emails with lots of detail. If what I am asking for is not the best of the season, Natasha has assisted. Each time, Natasha's communication and personal attention was helpful and seemless. She even personally delivered some of these special deliveries herself because of the heat and her reluctance to have my occasion, and her art, ruined. Natasha not only values her craft, but the extra effort and wonderful service showed me how much she values her customer's sentiments expressed by such beautiful flowers. I will be ordering more from Floral Atelier and can't wait for peony season!

Had a great experience at this store. I needed flowers for my wife’s birthday and had no idea what to get. Natasha took the time to show me all the flowers and other ideas she can create. Such an easy experience, especially for me having no idea about what to get.
