The worst fertility clinic in Australia. Terrible Experience with this business, total rip off and they don't care how much physical, psychological or financial damages they cause. EDIT: Using my maiden name to protect my family's privacy.my husband and i have since conceived at another clinic within months.

What a wonderful team at Flinders Fertility and a particular shout out to Dr Enzo Lombardi! Dr Lombardi’s expertise, knowledge and care during my journey (which resulted in a healthy baby boy) with IVF has been an incredible and unforgettable experience. Cannot recommend Flinders and Dr Lombardi enough.

Honestly couldn’t praise this clinic more. They helped both me and my partner every step of the way and answered all our questions. They are super friendly and the nurses even checked in with me every couple of months during my pregnancy and after birth to see how we all were doing. I can’t thank the staff here enough, without them I wouldn’t have my little one.

I can’t begin to express just how impressed we have been with the service at Flinders. The nurses, embryologists and doctors have been incredibly sincere and professional every step of the way. IVF is always a difficult process, I’m glad went through it with Flinders.

Absolutely rip offs please please do not go there.
We had 3 cycles of IVF’s with Flinders Fertility with no results and didn’t get treated well at all. They don’t care about you
All they care is about their fees
Or maybe Doctors don’t know what they are doing
We wasted our tens of thousands of dollars
And really don’t want anyone else to do the same mistakes,
Please go somewhere else

I had an absolutely terrible experience and I would go so far as to say that it left my confidence, mood, and self-worth depleted during a very difficult time.

The finance section treated me like I was wasting their time and being a huge inconvenience when I tried to understand the cost of egg freezing with and without Medicare rebate. They didn't seem to have this information available to them easily and I was on the phone across two different phone calls that day for over an hour and a half. I found this hard to believe, seeing as I would have thought a key aspect of their role would be knowing the cost of egg freezing as they are a fertility specialist company after all and, that is a key component of their core work. I understood that the specialist may provide some variation on the cost after my appointment, but I was simply asking the skeleton cost of egg freezing. The girl's supervisor ended up talking to me and was vague about the costing I felt in order to get me off the phone. They both became increasingly frustrated with me on the phone. As the cost is extremely high, this point was of very high importance to me, and stressful. I wanted to understand costs pre-specialist visit in order to enquire about that with more knowledge if need be. I was amazed at the lack of compassion I was shown when I was asking a perfectly reasonable question.

The experience of how I was treated by the finance staff upset me enough that I had to go home early from work. I just felt so flat. Luckily I had some really supportive and compassionate girlfriends who were lovely and understanding at the time.

I was amazed at the lack of compassion I was shown. Anyone who is attending a fertility clinic is likely going through a challenging time. I encourage the staff to remember the position customers are in and show them not only basic kindness as would be expected, but perhaps even more of a gentle and understanding approach.

I then saw the specialist Enzo Lombardi for an initial consultation. My GP had sent me to see him because she did not know the answers to my questions which were related to how a health condition would relate to my fertility mixed with age-related queries. Whilst he did provide me with a range of information that my GP could not, he condescended me and made me feel I was being too much when he said toward the end of the appointment in a dry tone “You have asked a lot of questions, ” and tried to wrap up. He was so rude. He also wrote in the letter to my GP that I had “Asked a lot of questions”. This confuses me – the purpose of the session was to ask questions and understand fertility. How is this a bad thing? If his allocated time was up, just say that, don't make it a negative reflection on me.

To be honest I am so done with dealing with aged white male doctors. It is just too common that I receive condescending treatment like this in this context, where I am treated like less-than for being curious about my own healthcare and having the confidence to make the most of the purpose of my attendance: knowledge seeking. And seeking knowledge and guidance about the most important aspect of my current life: my fertility and bringing life into this world.

A friend has had a very good experience with one of the female specialists at Flinders Fertility and they are also very happy with the cultural diversity of the donors offered there.

The facility was very well presented, I was given clear information about location, and the scheduling was faultless, reception was warm and welcoming, and I watched one women leave a consult who was thrilled to be pregnant.

My personal experience was an extremely negative one. I would not recommend this clinic. Flinders Fertility, do better in taking sensitive, compassionate care of the vulnerable population you are supposed to be serving.

EDIT: I put the review down under a pseudonym because I don't want my very personal and sensitive information available for the internet to see. I'm really not sure how emailing you is going to fix the situation.

I have had the pleasure of having 2 beautiful babies thanks to many drs and nurses at Flinders fertility. Everyone is very helpful and supportive in such a difficult time such as icsi or IVF. Wouldn't hesitate going back if I decided to have another baby ️

Nurses were compassionate.
Some communication improvements around financing could improve.
Medical experience with Dr and Nurses was really good. Dr explained things well in way we understood. Counseling offered is fantastic. Would recommend to people seeking fertility assistance.

My sis was blessed to have Dr. Kamal taking care of her during one of the toughest time in life. It was a very special and personal experience for the whole family. IVF is not an easy experience. Having a good team of people helps a lot in this journey. I should also mention the special attention she received from the nurses.great experience for our whole family. Thank you.

Fantastic stage to have our infant. Such an incredible involvement in our first IVF. I emphatically prescribe their advance and lawful stage and their approach to help.
