7 Had a 2nd fib icd installed by a new cardio.
Absolute disaster. Bleeding from incision 1/2 hr after I woke up. Had a blood clot burst.
Discharged next a.m. Still bleeding from wound. Discharged am Friday 18 Feb.
Presented sat 19 Feb with heavy bleeding from wound. Cleaned and applied bandages discharged. Sent home.to
Accompanied my dad for some tests he was referred to get done. Was pleased with the promptness with which we were attended. All in all a very smooth process.
Had a referral to have tests done and found the service to be great, they were friendly efficient and gave you confidence in their system a practice

I went first in level 6 and i made a ECG and the receptionist told me to go to level 3, arriving in level 3 someone send me to level 2, and after send me to next door, no body knows where was the MDI exam. I walked around all hospital for 40 min to find the location, and nobody help me. Last time I lost my exam because when I found the exactly location, the doctor was out. It's totally complicated to find the exactly local to exam. And no body I level 6 can help us to find it.
Very rude, blunt reception staff i spoke to on the phone. Unhelpful, unsympathetic.
I saw Dr Mcgavigan as my blood pressure was in the 180s and 190s. This was extremely worrying as I previously had a stroke and attrial fibrilation. I underwent tests and was told it would take two weeks to get the results. After two weeks I heard nothing and rang to speak with him. The secretary said he was unavailable. I kept ringing for TWO weeks telling the secretary I was frantic with worry that I would get another stroke or heart attack and left messages saying I was desperate for the results. He still did not speak to me or give me the results! I then had my new GP try to get the results from him. He told me Mcgavigan wanted to be paid for the results. This is legal but I thought extremely mean spirited. My doctor got the results directly from Pathology which showed I had HEART FAILURE. So Mcgavigan kept this serious condition from me for weeks despite my messages pleading for the results. I am totally DISGUSTED how I was treated. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
