Jed was super helpful in creating the best travel itinerary for our 5 week euro trip. He went above and beyond and gave some fab recommendations and hot tips to make our trip spesh. Will recommend to family and friends for sure.

Jed Sale was brilliant today, booked our 2 European holidays for 2024. Saved us money on cheaper flights changing departure date and saved us $$ on insurance. Brilliant.

The team here were fantastic in finding me a flight home after my flight was cancelled last minute.

Stef was an absolute life saver and helped me book an international trip that I then had to change 7 days prior to leaving. She worked overtime to make sure everything was changed and went smoothly and she took what would’ve been an extremely stressful time for myself and turned it into a stress free situation. Stef is very personable and easy to talk to, gave me great recommendations and got the best prices!

We booked a trip to America for almost 8 weeks with Holly from Flight Centre West Lakes. We have recently just come back from it and it was amazing. Everything Holly recommended we did or places we stayed was perfect. Every time we met with her she was friendly, helpful and really knew her stuff. She took the time with us to make sure we were happy with everything and that nothing got missed or overlooked. Late review. In 2021 whilst travel bans were still in place I had to make an emergency flight to England. Jed made my booking easy and provided me up to date info.on the latest rules and regulations. He also swapped my return flight at the last minute to stop me having to quarantine in 2 states. Took all the hassle away from me. Best service, thankyou.

Flight Centre Westlakes SA offered the xtra Captains Package for our travel to Norway. The package stated to reimburse $1000 if the luggage didn’t arrive after the specified time. Our luggage didn’t arrive before after 2 weeks and we did not receive the promised reimbursement and there was no way of contacting them directly other than with an email which they never responded to. After several calls and emails with Flight Centre Westlake’s, we were only told that it was another agents responsibility and they couldn’t help.

Will never use Flight Centre again.
We did.ost things ourselves except book. Always busy n so saw someone different everytime we needed to talk to someone. Slow service. Consultant filled in insurance papers with my name as 2 people n left husband name off policy, had to go in to get sorted, flight cancelled n so hard to get someone to help.
Don't know why we even bothered to get an agent as we did all the work
Waste time and energy to deal with.
Consultant gave us his phone number to ring if we needed whilst away then found out he was on leave for the time we were away.

I went to Flight centre at West Lakes & the service was disgusting, the small room was full of people & I couldn't hear myself talk no privacy at all. The girl I saw initially wasn't interested at all, she was a temp & couldn't care less then she palmed me off to another girl because she had an appointment. This girl told me she would get back to me in a week, & that was nearly 3 weeks ago so it was a complete waste of time going there even though we want flights & accommodation for 12 people? It looks like they are so busy post Covid that their customer service is non existent. I will go to Phil Hoffman travel & hopefully get proper customer service.

Holly was very helpful with our flights for a cruise leaving from Sydney in December for 8 nights.
