A great place to train and improve fitness. A previous F45'er and recent convert to fitstop the workouts are a decent step up in cardio and a lot more weights available to push further with. A higher standard of trainers also, makes it great place!

This is the place for group training. If you want trainers who know what they are doing then Tick. Whilst its a young studio, it is an outstanding studio for hard work and vibes. I've trained in a few in the area but this place supasses them all. The trainers Sam and Alex are elite and your training will see the results, fast.

Great programming and amazing coaches. Caters well to diverse fitness levels. Having come from a CrossFit background this provides a great sustainable approach to strength and conditioning whilst maintaining some barbell movements. Recommended

First time I’ve been to a gym in a couple of years and am loving it! The trainers are all very welcoming and great at making everyone feel welcome no matter their experience or level of strength/fitness. Such a nice environment and community to train in!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Super knowledgeable and friendly trainers, great facilities, fantastic community, and good workouts that can be done by people of a range of fitness levels. Highly recommend giving it a go

As an introverted person, I didn’t think group fitness classes were for me until I went to Fitstop Unley. I’ve already met some great people through the sessions - there’s a real sense of community. The variety and pace of the exercises in each class are great. The coaches actually care about how you’re doing not only in each session, but between sessions too. They always have time for one on one help and are great at keeping the motivation up. Best of all, I’m already seeing progress in my performance from week to week. I’m so glad I took the leap to join and can’t wait for the next class!

Really enjoying Fitstop Unley. The trainers are really skilled and genuinely care about your progression. They move around the room really well and help you with your technique. It’s a great community feel and it’s the first group fitness I’ve really enjoyed. Lots of class options too so helps if you want to go morning or afternoon. Highly recommend!

The coaches we extremely helpful in showing me how to navigate my way through the gym. I also liked how clean everything was. Love it! ️

Went to fitstop last week for my first session. I will be back again, that’s for sure! Coaches were amazing and the gym was very neat and tidy. Had so much fun and they played some killa beats

Recently did my first session here and wow was I impressed. Best group fitness class I've ever been involved in. The coaches/trainers are always there to assist you with your workout and will guide you with form if required. The members there are warm and inviting with the whole place giving off a great community vibe. Definitely recommend 10/10

My favourite way of keeping fit, the coaches are encouraging and engaging, the classes are convenient for my schedule. Good energy environment and nice set-up.
