Friendly and efficient service - we bought a machine and picked it up with in the day - no hassle.

Very poor customer service. We were told a capped fee for the service and repair which included anything required in the service. Not the case, there was another fee tacked on at the end. Which after questioning was revealed that it wasn't told to us, and they charged it anyway. On top of this, we had to follow up on when the machine would be ready, to which the reply was "oh we didn't know you wanted the repair.oh no wait, its done. ". For the prices we are paying, i expect a lot better service.very very disappointing.
