Attended recently, very concerned about the very slippery floors in changeroom. Rubber mats are needed to prevent falls
Looks like OHS needs to be considered for this site as many elderly people attend for classes.

Nice clean pool. Good instructors. Has a nice little Cafe. Very busy. Loses stars because they will only accept direct debit and rarely answer the phone when called.

My son is almost 4 and he had his first lesson 2 weeks ago. I was nervous at first because he doesn't like getting his eyes wet and he definitely doesn't like putting his head under the water. However the instructors were very encouraging, friendly and I was pleasantly surprised when he jumped into the instructors arms from the side of the pool and came up with a smile on his face.
I couldn't be happier and it is well worth the money which is around $35 a lesson for 30min.
Regarding the facilities, everything is always clean and I love the cafe upstairs. The staff are friendly and whenever I forget the kids' goggles they always have a pair to lend me.
I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful swim instructors but can’t say the same for the accounts/admin team. Have consistently taken out incorrect amounts by direct debit and when I asked for a statement of account to be emailed to me I was told that it wasn’t possible but they would print one. Still haven’t received it nor have I received the substantial refund I have been waiting 2 weeks for. My last message has gone unanswered. Won’t allow me to pay up front each month other than by direct debit. Make sure you check your bank statements carefully so the same thing doesn’t happen to you!

The swim teachers are great but management is terrible.
The manager Luke does not respond to phone calls/emails and when in person is very rude and judgemental.
Lots of sneaky overbilling which is never amended - be careful of this as the reception state management have to amend it (it never happens) and make up lessons are never available so you lose out in extra money.

Expecting us to come over to the centre all the way from home to make changes to the class for the kids is really frustrating. No matter what time of the day we call we would never be able to get to speak to anyone over the phone.

For a pool used for hydrotherapy and rehabilitation the accessibility features are poorly designed. The entry has a small step that catches walkers, the disable change while large room has heavy push doors.

Family feel, good size so not cavernous, very clean and organized. Staff are attentive and personable. Only thing that they need to improve is prompt replies by email or phone. But, it is a very busy Centre, so be patient!

Findon swim school pool is a great place to go. Very popular.

A great place for kids to learn swimming, from beginners to squads. Only downfall no area for kids to just swim for fun.

Staff very unfriendly they made mistake with payment. Pool very shallow not enough showers. The pool seems inside an acquarium. Inappropriate clothes of the staff at reception mini skirt maybe good in a club.

I love findon swim school. Instructors are great. Correct technique & monitor childrens progress constantly. They listen to your requests.

Have finally found a facility to do aqua.sessions available daily. Friendly staff. I have extreme anxiety being in a public swimming environment due to not having a perfect bikini body. But at findon everyone at aqua aerobics are so friendly and supportive, especially if you have a disability or injury. Best aqua aerobics facility in Adelaide. Fun friendly instructors as well.

Amazing swim school. It has great trainers, hygiene is always maintained, nice cafe and swim-shop. My daughter loves it!

My daughter attended school holiday Vaccswim program here. I'd prepaid for her lessons, arrived day one and was charged $3pp each day to supervise/spectate (!) PLUS $3 per swimmer per day! So additional $30 for swim program! I will stick with our regular swim school. Although new pool is a plus, no staff member at this school knew what was going on and their answers changed daily. If you're game enough to come, entry is via Grange Rd not a backstreet

Excellent staff who enable young kids to grow skills with confidence.
Lots of areas for mums & dads in comfort.

My partner Nancy has been in hospital to have a knee operation which was successful she is waiting for a referral to go back swimming and exercises. She has had a lot operations and a lot of pain but she is very and determined lady.she is 80 years old and. Has the will power.

Fantastic pool and staff. Swim instructor Alex has vastly improved 4yr old's confidence - highly recommend!

Clean and new swim facilities. My son enjoyed his swimming lessons there as the instructors are also great!

Very happy with the new facilities at Findon Swim School. It is so nice to be able to swim in an indoor pool that is so clean and with good air quality! So refreshing to find nice staff there who are willing to offer assistance and be passionate about their job! Keep up the good work Findon Swim School, I look forward to your expanding program!
