They are very friendly and helpful, if they don't have the stock, they will order it in for you, even load it in your car ️

Waiting 4 weeks for a refund of a faulty outdoor gas heater that exploded. No communication and lots of broken promises. Called the store and head office, promised a refund and still nothing. Have never experienced this at Bunnings. Wish I read other reviews with same feedback before purchasing. Terrible!

Findon Mitre 10, whenever you need something, they just seem to have it or get it for you asap. No fuss. Their knowledge is impeccable. Local and Friendly, can't beat that.

No wonder why people shop at big chains like bunnings, don't bother trying to return faulty items here because they won't help or do anything about it.

Although Mitre10 are more 'community minded' store by comparison to its 'conglomerate competitor' in Bunnings warehouses standards, i find it does itself a huge disservice by 'over-pricing' certain common hardware items such as a 'roof heat expeller', as I found on querying the cost with them the otherday. At a cost of $137 I certainly will be seeking other less expensive options as I require two of them for my home.

Called in here last week, just to pick up a strong bristtell broom (as light as) to screw onto my extended poles for my 2 storey house. Before I walked through the doors, I had gathered up 8 punnets of veggies, so helpful was a guy taking them from me to put on the counter while I picked out my broom, checked in with my QR code, paid instantly, was out in no time at all! Brilliant

Really helpful staff, more specialised products than Bunnings in my case; looking for screws to restore a solid steel screen door and frame and the satisfaction of supporting a local business. Went here a few times whilst restoring a property we bought. Can’t emphasise enough about the helpful friendly staff well done guys

Tried ringing the store, 10: 30am on a Saturday. Phone rang out twice. Obviously they don’t want my business.

Very dissatisfied and have had to order online without physical viewing it I had wanted to look at other shelving & cupboards for my laundry so that wasn’t possible I have to travel to a store which isn’t close to where I live.

Was told they don’t have the space

Won’t be Returning plant stock also very poor! Staff ok!

Sometimes prices maybe higher than elsewhere.so what?

Expert advice and have good options of products. Again staff were friendly and helpful. Makes a nice positive shopping experience when friendly helpful staff. But good to see if they don't know they will say it. This was the cashier lady.

Not the biggest store but it makes up for it with friendly staff. Feels like you are walking into a home as opposed to a hardware store. Staff always ask you if you need help and genuinely seem to care about the experience you have in store. Feels like your “local” country store in the city. Amazing

Possibly the smallest and poorest supplied Mitre 10 hardware store Ive visited in decades. Very difficult to access from the road, too. Surprised they are still in business.

Nice staff, shop needs a relay towards the back, very messy. Quite busy, good range, nice local shop.
