Waited almost 2 hours for cold, soggy, barely cooked pizzas… no thanks, never again!

Ordered a pick up, had a chat with the owner/pizza maker who was really friendly. You can tell they really care about the pizza, fresh toppings and home made garlic bread.

Great pizza from Ferrari's. Last night we ordered pizza with garlic bread, we waited and waited for the delivery driver from UBER EATS the driver didn't ring the door bell and just left our pizza on the drive way without the garlic bread. When we finally found the pizza it was stone cold. Not happy.

The taste of pizza is not bad.
However, It took too long to pick up the food I ordered.
I placed my order at 6: 13pm and got an email saying it could be picked up at 6: 52pm.
I arrived 2 minutes early and asked about my food and they said I had to wait another 10 minutes because they were busy without a single word of "sorry".
(Then why did they tell me to come by 6: 52pm in the email?)
I tried to understand that they were really busy, but their appearance in the kitchen didn't.
Anyway I waited 10 minutes as they requested but my order still did not come out and after waiting another 10 minutes I asked them again about my order and I was told my order was coming out.
I complained to them that it took too long to get my order, but instead of saying sorry, they just replied that they were busy.
(It took me one hour to get two pizzas!)
If you really have a lot of time or are generous, I recommend ordering food from this place, which is not friendly and only makes excuses for being busy.

The pizzas are made with love.and I keep going back for more.you get what you're ordered.not like some places.you get a microwave pizza

One of the best Pizzas I have had in Australia. The base was quite light, we got Gourmet Family size 18" with 4 toppings. The 4 different parts had uniqu taste, unlike many other pizzas where just the toppings are different, each if the 4 quarters had unique base and toppings. 10/10. Will be back.

Best in the east by a long shot.absolutely under the pump and still delivered the goods. Keep up the good work

Having recently moved into the area we were keen to buy locally made pizza - first time the pizza was wrong and took ages but it was a ‘busy Saturday night’ the lady told us
Tonight - Saturday again - I was on hold for 8 mins - the lady was very stressed again taking our order - we got there the order was wrong and the lady was rude to us having had the three previous people in the line up before us all with incorrect orders - the prices are different on the board to what you pay - only a dollar here or there but we had the right money so awkward - maybe get extra help on a Saturday - pizza was average - real shame!

The pizza here is delish and everything is cooked to perfection I also made them a mini pizza to put up in their shop

Have been a regular for a few years. Best pizza in the eastern burbs for the price in my opinion! Well made and good, friendly service unlike some of the other pizza joints here.

I order for Vegetarian Pizza and found meat pieces in that. Even told them to make it spicy but it was tasteless. Do not recommend at all. I told my complain to the staff but they just in a rush to hung up rather than showing some respect to the customer. Poor customer service and poor quality food.

This really hit the spot. On my quest to try every pizzeria in the Glynde/Firle/Payneham area, Ferrari's is so far in the lead

I am fussy, extremely fussy when it comes to pizza, but this was among the better pizza places I have tried. Staff were nice, even though they were clearly under the pump when I was there last weekend. They were still smiling.

Get pizzas from here about once a week and only once did I think that my pizza could have been in the oven for a bit longer, normally a great pizza with heaps of toppings and always friendly service. Give them a go, good value.

We ordered 4 family pizzas, delivered to the sum of $110.00 from the time of trying to explain want we wanted to the girl to the delivery time it was nearly 2 hours, we had friends over the pizzas arrived COLD, never again plenty to choose from in my area this was on Saturday night and I rang at 530 pm NO EXCUSE very poor customer service

The pizza are amazing the flavour inside the dough is absolutely incredible for all you Pizza Lovers out there if you haven't taste of Ferraris pizza your missing out

When we have pizza this is where we go. We are spoiled for choice in the area but Ferrari's has a great range and consistently well made high quality pizzas.

I'll tell you one thing, these boys know what to do when it comes to cooked dough with various toppings!

I've rated this pizza bar a '4-star', the pizza base was nice and thin, and the tomato base was really great too.

The grease on the pizza outweighed the amount of napkins we were given, nonetheless it was still a great pizza.

The young man didn't know whether he wanted to give us the pizza in the box or on a plate, but either way he got the job done.
