Customer and phone service is terrible. No one's ever available, No one responds to emails. Terrible place to deal with.

Thank you Jess Williams for showing what a person-centred approach is really like when you dealt with a participant from the CALD community in which l am part of. The way you were respectful, showing your caring manner, people are more likely to feel safe and trust you with their life story, struggles, challenges, and

My son's case manager Jess is absolutely lovely they are very kind and helpful, and so friendly I'm very happy and pleased with them and the amazing help they provide for my son.

I have had several NDIS reviews with Feros, and in particular with Jessica Williams. In my line of work I have to liaise with many people and businesses, and she is by far one of the most professional, compassionate and hardworking person I have come across in many years.
She goes above and beyond for her clients, her response time is great and she thoroughly reads all communication and she never misses a beat.
I wish there could be more people like herself in the health industry (or any other business really) as she really provides a lot of confidence in the system and does her very best for her clients at all times.
I look forward to continuing to work with her with regards to NDIS and I hope her superiors at Feros are aware of her exemplary work ethic.
Keep it up Jess & Feros Care, thank you for your hard work and commitment to individuals requiring your care and attention.

Trying to access NDIS, feros care is helping me to hopefully get help I need, third appt.this week, have been told that could take months, not THEIR fault, just slow progress.
