Beautiful fresh food tasty Chinese to perfection
Had the 2 person buffet only $26-50 per person prawn chips, 1 spring roll 1 dumpling, chicken corn soup, steak and veg, garlic prawns, fried rice, plum chicken and ice cream and strawberry topping. DO POP IN FOR A MEAL STUNNING 25-11-2023
We had an amazing meal at Fernalee Chinese Restaurant! Friendly service and delicious dishes. Very generous portion sizes. We will return!
Shocking. What a change from a couple of months ago. 2 meals missing from order. Absolute confusion between staff. Never again.at least they got the prawn crackers right.

Simply great Chinese restaurant. We ordered the banquet no. 1 for two people. Couldn't eat it all, not for want of trying. Great food, great service, Quite busy for lunch today. Good sign when a restaurant is popular.
Incredibly poor service. 2 hour wait and lack of communication. Blamed uber but they kept changing order time. Avoid at all costs if you want to eat on the same day you order.
We booked but table was not cleared after waiting a long time to be seated. Service very poor, no menus handed out, had to ask. Drinks not offered had to ask then they took a long time to come, had to use our own bottle opener to take the top off a beer, table water didn't come until after entree and again had to ask. Food was beautiful but took a long time to come, it seems takeaway was more important than in house diners

So if you pick up your order it's great, but a few weeks ago we tried to get a delivery meal but the wait would have been a 3 hour wait. Go the pick up eat in. The food is always so good.
3 hours for take away, then food arrived cold, I feel sorry for the 3 uber drivers that came and left because the order took so long.
Waited 1 hour and 45 min for a takeaway, after being told 15 mins. Finally got the food home and it was very ordinary. First and last time
Won't be going back. Ordered food at 6pm and it wasn't ready til 8. Was expensive and the food was just ok
Ordered a serve of satay sticks and a large fried rice. The fried rice was clumpy and had no flavour to the point that i added salt. Very disappointing as the food used to be good but i wont be coming back
Wish I could give zero stars, food was shockingly bad. Squid had the texture and taste of seafood extender, chicken was cold and altogether way too expensive for what you get.
Food was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. My daughter and I walked with full bellies. Food coma.
Drove 35kms to get there and back only to be given wrong order no refund no result " we give u free dim sim next time you order" I was told! Lol what about the $50 wrong order if I lived closer I'd opend my order and thrown it at them with the lids off so angery.but they did not care at all.won't be back or anyone I no.don't waste ur money on sub par imitation Chinese food "ocean garden Chinese food" is just around the corner on the esplanade authentic Chinese not bottled sauce like Fernalee.
Re: to reply I asked specifically about all of my order it was looked at and ur staff said it was correct so don't try and cover up ur mistakes you will loose many coustimers I promise.
Disgusting experience and language over the phone.
We Did not receive correct order, items missing or replaced with incorrect meals, when we called to discuss what was missing and what was incorrect we were told to take it up with delivery company. After spending 80 dollars and not receiving what we asked I would personally never order from here again. Rude, overpriced and downright disorganised.
After ordering from Fernalee via Uber eats, we were disappointed to see that part of the order was missing. I spoke with the driver who said I need to speak with the restaurant. I called the restaurant only to be told (after talking to 3 people) that I need to take it up with Uber.
Very disappointed with the attitude from the restaurant considering it was them who I was ordering food from NOT Uber. If they believe that they gave the delivery driver the full order then THEY should take it up with Uber NOT the customer.
Left with a bad taste in my mouth before trying the food.
