Bought a new house and needed a fence replaced. Sean from fencing world was great to deal with. Communication and final product was 10/10. Definitely recommend this business

The team were great! So simple and easy to deal with, new fence installed in a day! Fantastic service!

Very poor company to work with. Installed a brand new fence for a new build and most panels rattle and make a high pitch squeak especially when it’s windy. Issue was reported, video evidence was provide to fencing world right after install and 9 months latter it still continues and no one has bother to attempt in fixing the issue! Would never recommend or use fencing world again.

We paid to get an electric gate in early 2021. We were put off with excuses Re Covid. No communication for a long time. Early this year we contacted them again. Finally, after not turning up, excuses and threats to report them for fraud, they commenced work. In the process one of my main gates was cut shorter and put back in a really dodgy fashion. The guys who installed the electric gate were contractors and did a good job. Would not recommend these people.

Damaged existing wall and gas main on installation, installer said he would get it sorted and spoke with the main office.
2 weeks later nothing, called the office salesperson said we're not responsible for that.
Unable to tell me the balance of the invoice nor the due date.

Run by Muppets, save your money and go elsewhere

Always doing wrong, deal with those guys about four job, none of that finish on time, none of that doing correctly. Waste my time, don’t really recommend. If you asking them why doing wrong or late, no one can give you answers, they just say don’t know. Stay away from this guys. Save you time and money.

Fencing World were very easy to deal with, and well priced. Supply and installation was completed in the promised time frame. Recommended!

One of if not the worst business to go through. Took them months to finish my $7000 fence whenever we called they said we will call back and never did.

I call a month ago to try and get my gate fixed after horrible workmanship has left it unable to be opened without brute force only to be told ONCE AGAIN we will ring you back. Shocking as it is bi call back and the gate still doesn't work. Avoid like the plague

Very disappointed with the service. We were told when we paid the deposit that the fence & gates would be installed within a month, but took 6 months. On at least three occasions when I was told to expect the installers they did not show up on that day. Very bad communication between the management and the contractors.
The fence wasn't done to the height specified on the quote, the gate is not level, and had many other issues with the install.

No care for existing structures or fences, cut nebours fence and left it with sharp edges and removed support posts. They used my temporary solution as a permanent fix and with no reimbursement for my materials used.

Great company customer service was fantastic sean did an awesome job on his own & in 1 day putting fences up on both sides highly recommended great work guys!

Really happy with our experience from start to finish. Shaun was super helpful and the diy kit he provided had everything we needed and spares. Fence looks brilliant!

I could NOT recommend the business. I have been very disappointed with their lack of responsibility. They installed two gates for us - a single gate plus a double gate. Less than a month after having the gates installed, I left the single gate opened while I put the rubbish bin out, a strong wind blew the gate off. I phoned the company to let them know and they would not accept any responsibility for the gate and said I shouldn't have left it open. Then a few months back we had a weekend with lots of rain we discovered our stormwater wasn't running away, so we called a plumber. The plumber came and discovered that the double gate post had gone through our storm water pipe and blocked it. Once again I called the company to let them know. They said we should have told them where the underground stormwater pipe was. We had no way of knowing where the pipe was in the ground. I feel they should have informed us that they had put the gate post through the pipe when they did it. We have had to have both of these errors fixed at a huge cost to ourselves as the business owners took no responsibility and blamed it entirely on us. They wouldn't even come out to look.

After contacting Fencing world for a quotation of a front fence and three gates to our property, we have received accurate quoting, fence options, catering of our needs, by Andy. Installation and completed on the 09/10/2019, of a high standard by Tech, David of a quality product. We are satisfied and would recommend and use Fencing world in the future. Being a handyman Ive often bought things from Fencing World, always found the staff/workers to be very helpful & the prices are good!

Wow.not much positive. Here is a brief run down. In addition, to this day - March 2nd, NOBODY provided me a response. I paid the final balance to rid myself of these guys.

1. Paid my deposit on 8/10 and advised Don.
2. Did not hear anything from Fencing world.
3. Emailed Don 4/11 asking what was going on, when to expect install, and for him/somebody to call me. He told me to call the office. NB: This call was essentially 1 month after deposit paid!
4. Called office on 5/11 and spoke with Adrian. He said, we could be there that afternoon.
5. Nobody came, and spoke with contractor who said he would be there next day. 1-day wasted at home for me.
6. Expecting installers AM of 6/11 at 0830. Text received at 0930 saying he wouldn’t be there, would be there tomorrow.
7. I had lengthy discussions with Adrian and other staff.
8. Wednesday Mark arrived, removed fence.
9. Completed job later that week – Mark was great.
10. Neighbour complained about concrete left on his nature strip where Mark had mixed for a concrete plinth. I had this cleaned.
11. Waited another week before old fencing was removed – once again, after being told it would have been done on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. It happened the following week.

All in all, I wasted 4 days dealing with this. Install finally completed, after a month since original deposit.

In summary, I am really disappointed with the service and treatment received from Fencing World, and certainly feel that the price quoted is a poor reflection of the service that I received.

The installer - Mark who is a private contractor was fantastic, and I would recommend him directly to anybody needing fencing work.

Quote was done by Scott on time. I asked Scott for a variation to the quote, also done on time. No problems
Unfortunately the rest of them including the manager and contractors lack communication skills and are rude, arrogant and treat customers with contempt.
Can not recommend them at all.

Complete waste of time of a company! No communication with customers, happy to charge for damaged goods that they fitted, took 5 months to come back and fix what they damaged and still charge full price for huge inconveniences. They blamed me for there own mistakes

Wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone.

Tony and the fencers he had on the job are the best in the game highly recommend to any 1 looking for a fence big or small.
