Federal Dock, Port Pirie, you’re getting 5 stars for being a classical pretty and rustic country town wharf. This wharf boarders the edge of the town, with the silos being very prominent. It’s certainly worth going to go and visit. Lots of locations where you can experience what Port Pirie has to offer!
On our last visit as we were driving past Port Pirie, there were 3 massive resource ships docked along Federal Dock, and one more was coming in with the assistance to the local tug boats.

Federal Dock was a double sided dock that was filled in during the mid 60's after the wharf was extended in the early 60's. You can still see the outline of the old dock with satellite view.
