Fasta Pasta reviews
56Food is very good and waiters are always super friendly. A go to spot for a quick meal. Make sure the lid on the cheese is on tight before using it tho.
Not happy with our experience here. Walked in saying we needed a table for 5. Was offered a table for 4.had to state that wouldn't fit 4 before being offered another table (restaurant wasn't busy).
We ordered our food, the person on the register did not read back our order and missed my mother's food which was evident when everyone but hers came out.
When she went back to enquire and subsequently re-place the missed order, they then had the audacity to charge her the public holiday surcharge applicable after 7pm even though it was their fault the order was missed and it was previously ordered prior to this time. This should have been waived.
Staff needs better training and more care given to orders and customers. Please read back orders to customers so you check if everything is correct. Not impressed at all.
Pasta is average, cheesy garlic bread is really nice so would recommend that! Staff were really pleasant and a robot delivers your food which is cool!
Pasta was tasty but needed to be seasoned. Disappointed that we didn’t get any sliced bread like you do at other fasta pastas. Robot waiter was a fun novelty but overall the service was quite slow at lunch time, we received our drinks when we were halfway through our bowl of pasta. Would go again but probably stick to the Brighton store
The fettuccine carbonara at Fasta Pasta is a must-try for any pasta lover. The sauce is creamy and indulgent, with just the right amount of saltiness from the pancetta. The pasta is cooked al dente and pairs perfectly with the sauce. It's a classic dish done right!
The spaghetti bolognese at Fasta Pasta is a crowd-pleaser and for good reason. The tomato-based sauce is hearty and flavorful, and the meat is tender and well-seasoned. The spaghetti is cooked to a perfect texture and makes for a great comfort food meal.
For dessert, I couldn't resist trying the Strawberry Cheesecake. It was creamy, rich, and full of fresh strawberry flavor. The graham cracker crust added the perfect amount of crunch and texture to every bite. I would definitely order this again on my next visit.
I recently tried the pizza at Fasta Pasta restaurant, and it was absolutely amazing! The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I especially loved the combination of pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers. If you're a pizza lover, you definitely need to give this place a try.
If you're in the mood for something light and refreshing, the minestrone soup at Fasta Pasta is a great option. The soup is loaded with vegetables and beans, and the broth is seasoned perfectly. It's a great option for a starter or a light lunch, and pairs well with a side salad.
For a lighter option, the Caesar Salad at Fasta Pasta is a great choice. The dressing is creamy and tangy, and the salad is topped with fresh Parmesan cheese and crunchy croutons. It's a refreshing complement to any of their delicious pasta dishes.
I would recommend many other fasta pastas as the portions here are so tiny my 8 year old finished her serve which has never happened before
I shared my tiny main with her as she was still hungry
Asked the staff as it was handed to her and she said she would come back, never happened
Good itself was sub par compared to sefton plaza FB or holden hill FB this is the worst so far STAY AWAY.
Service left a lot to be desired, after being seated, we waited a good 15min for our menu, and ended up taking a menu from a reserved table. The menus had only half the selection it used to have! By the time the waitress passed by and said "oh, I'll grab you the menus now", we had already ordered. Our food was delivered by a robot, an interesting gimmick I guess, but very impersonal. On a more positive note, the food was absolutely delicious, and good size serves. Food was worth every cent, and we will probably revisit on account of the food.
Oh my.this place has turned to utter trash. The staff are absolutely untrained and just don't understand basic customer service.
The only reason this isn't lower than a 3 was because I normally come here a few times a year and this was the first time it was below par. The main meal was great, though they should let customers put their own pepper on to their liking.
Anyway, to the customer service.
Asked for macaroni fantasia - they put through ravioli fantasia without saying anything like "sorry, we don't have macaroni - would xxxx be OK? "
I noticed it on the receipt.
Ravioli is a filled pasta. Why on earth would you replace an unfilled pasta with something filled?
Asked for a cc & dry.
Guy goes, would you like coke with that?
I repeated a cc and dry and he said he has the cc but not the beer.
WHAT? REALLY?
Garlic bread wasn't the normal amazing bread it normally is. 1 bit burnt.
If you're after fasta pasta.go the extra mile and head to Port adelaide. Thank me later.
Lovely looking place shame they had very little staff to attend to their customers. Little attention to detail like bringing out main meals before soup.
Look. Dudes. Thank you for being open so late when no one else was. And huge thank you for having a vegan pasta dish that was delish!
Very disappointed, Sunday lunch, very slow, wrong meals, cold pasta when complained that chicken was wrong dish no bacon and avocado. Server threw down a plate of cold bacon
Tasty food.
Dining in is available.
Staff minimum.
Most things can be takeaway.
Check parking availability.
Busy times -are limited.
We always have at least one meal here when we visit Adelaide. I wish this franchise was in NSW!
Always great food and service. Value for money. Recommended to all pasta lovers especially.
Very busy staff under the pump however a great meal, ad a bit of wait time when eating however enjoy the time to talk, the team were doing there best. Prices very good and what I saw of other tables the range of food looked great ours was.
Third-class. Honestly I don't even think that this place deserves any credit. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and recieved a pizza stuffed with chicken and bacon. We are a pure vegetarian family and my daughter and husband being unaware just ate a non veg pizza. And even that didn't taste too great. I am grateful that none of us are allergic or God knows what might have happened. The staff seem to be deaf. Wouldn't recommend in a 1000 years.
