Very poor quality workmanship and customer service. My gates started to severely rust in just over 1 year and was told that it was not their responsibility as they contracted out the powder coating out.

Farmweld have done work for me previously including a new gate and fixings for an antique gate. I was really pleased with the quality and workmanship. I returned to have my house gates restored. I have been waiting for three months now. A quote was to be provided in two months but I am yet to hear anything. I have left several messages but no response. This is a recurring theme with many trades and suppliers. Everyone is too busy to return calls or text it seems, let alone follow through with quotes. It's very frustrating and very unprofessional. I've pretty much given up trying to get anything done.

Excellent service and advice. Before ordering my gates, Andrew helped me understand the requirements for the gate posts and hinge attachment. I put in my posts, measured up, then placed my order. Gates arrived spot-on, VERY solid, great workmanship, beautiful powder-coating. And then further installation advice on the phone was not a problem. I'm in Perth, and couldn't find what I wanted here. All well worth the wait and the price. Thanks guys, we're so happy with the result.

Excellent quality work making a small wrought iron table to custom design. It did take some time as I understand they are very busy - we are very happy, thank you!

Sent Andrew a custom design for a window grille, and he made it to perfection, fits like a glove and is beautiful. Highly recommended!

We are delighted we chose Farmweld to design and build an arched walkway entrance for our above ground cellar. Andrew understood what we were trying to achieve both practically (sun protection for the front of the building) and aesthetically (a curved, simple but rustic design in keeping with the setting and the building). The quality of the workmanship, and realisation of the design are both spot on, at a very reasonable price. We would absolutely go back to Andrew and Farmweld in future for other projects.

We are very happy with Farmweld, who supplied two large garden arches for our home. Tricia communicated clearly and they did what they said they would do. Andrew helped with some very useful design tips and the finished product is well-made and sturdy. They helped load and secure the arches when we transported them home. The price was reasonable.

There's people are the best, they bend over backwards to help, I do a bit of blacksmithing and its the first time I've got coke from them and its the best I've ever got, and I wonted some information and they did there very best to help, I live in Mildura Victoria over 300 km from them and it wisent a problem for them. Have had huge major issues with these guys! And instead of sorting it out they choose to write immature and cruel lies about myself on there social media accounts.it's a shame because they're products looks great and would love to buy a firepit- just very bad ethics
