Farmer Joe's Fresh Food Barn

I was really hoping this would be better than it was in all honesty. They had alot of Fruit & Veg but it wasn't Fresh it was too hot & produce needs to be in Air-conditioning at least. I was least impressed with the Mangos, Grapes The Rockmelon was nice but very tiny. The strawberries were really lacking in flavour & watermelon was woody it was a real disapoment Tbh I Know this will sound like I'm being harsh & critical but when you spend $40 on fresh Fruit & Veg you want it to be Fresh Crisp & Refreshing You Also Want It To Refresh Your Taste Buds & It Didn't Do Anything Like That I Had Thrown Alot Out By The Next Day As Too Ripe Already By Then AC would help So Much

I love Farmer Joes. Great selection of fruits and vegetables and other foods. Sort of one stop shop. Friendly staff. Low prices.

Very poor tried to charge a fee for me wishing to pay with a debit card which is illegal,! Wouldn't recommend shopping there very shonky!

Best value ever! This place is a definite must! From my first shop here I have not shopped anywhere else for amazing value vegetables and fruit. I am always impressed by how far my dollar goes when shopping here. They have a great variety of specials every week from wednesday to sunday and every shopping experience here is punctuated by the most friendliest and helpful staff around. A big thankyou to all of the staff at this local store. You have made eating fresh and healthy food affordable. Love your work!

Wife went for first time recently. Fruit was either ready for the bin at the outset or 1-2 days after purchase. Service was average too. Was barely acknowledged at the checkout. Worth a try, but wont be back!

Best place to go for your veggies and probably the cheapest place around. This shop has greatly improved over the last few years.

HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER BUT CANT GO BACK. PRODUCE IS NOW STALE AND JUNK. BOUGHT AVOS RECENTLY ROTTEN ON THE INSIDE. PAID $5.99 FOR STRAWBERRIES HAD THEM ONE DAY IN FRIDGE ALL MOULDY. BEWARE OF APPLES ALL WRINKLY WITHIN A DAY OR TWO. STAFF ARE LOVELY AND I WILL MISS THEM GOOD BYE

Haven't been for a while and was great to see the fabulous staff. They had a great range yesterday and good prices

I usually go here for any fruit & veg I need as they're usually less expensive than Coles & it's always good to support smaller businesses, otherwise they'll disappear.

Cheap grocery items, most of your vegetable requirements at very reasonable prices, (eg, 10Kg bag of onions, $3!) Easy parking convenient if you're down the Port Adelaide way

I was so dissappointed to see they have a much smaller selection of goods on offer.
I was a regular over a year ago.
I went to buy lemons, of which they always have priced at a much lower price than other supermarkets.
Really sad to see they no longer have smallgoods of which I bought on a regular basis also

Even though this shop has been around for a long time it is still a great place to go for plenty of good buys.

Most of the fruit and vegetables are over ripe, there are a lot of bugs flying around the fruit they are not as cheap as you think for the quality. The staff are very friendly though.

Excellent range and the fruit and veggies were cheap and delicious. Super surprised with how much we got for the price we spent.

They have upgraded it since I was last there and heaps of salivatingly fresh fruit and vegetables. Job well done plus staff were helpful and friendly.
