Fantastic Furniture

Walked into this store on Boxing Day thinking this would be a great oportunity to purchase a new lounge etc took in cash as in folding money they (including the Store Manager) said the price is what it is and thats it. I asked if I bought more items if they could do a deal. The come back line was you could buy 33 of them and the price would still be the same. I left and spent my money else where. Never been to a Retail store where they don't take some money off or do a purchase bundle.

Wouldn't let me give 0 stars, I have worked in sales for the last ten years and in my time I have never seen such lazy workers, my partner and myself walked the shop for 30-45 minutes before even being acknowledged whilst the 3 staff on the floor stood chatting, then when one finally did come by and ask I inquired about buying 3 furniture items worth roughly $1700-1900 and she couldn't have been less interested. Going somewhere else cheers for nothing guys

I love this furniture store! I just wish we didn’t have to put everything together and that you could pay extra to have it built (like at Harvey Norman’s) that’s why I’ve given 4 stars. Very happy with the product!

Staff very friendly and the furniture is as they say, fantastic. My husband and I were served by Kirsty (according to the receipt) and she was a pleasure to deal with.

We bought the Havana Nested tables and the Hamilton 5 tier book shelf recently from the Noarlunga store. The staff on both experiences were pleasant, helpful and professional. The 2 products were are extremely happy with. Great prices, easy to assemble, good quality and very attractive and both fit in very well. I am glad we got these. After three visits to this store for a sofa, still haven't got it. Price, quality and delivery time stopped me from buying it here. They always have sales, but never on the sofas that I like.

We had a great experience with the assistance manager I believe her name was ‘Anne’ we went in enquiring about furniture for our pre teen room and she was very informative and professional. Gave us honest and personable feedback. We had a great Experience from entrance to end of sale from Anne and I feel very happy with the service we received. I feel Anne is professional and has great sales skills: I felt confident and confident buying from her. 10/10 recommendation buying from the store. Ask for Anne and you won’t regret it?

Just bought a table and chairs from fantastic furniture in Noarlunga. I was very lucky to have been served by a lovely girl named Kirsty. She was friendly, professional and even showed me how to assemble my new furniture thanks Kirsty see you again for my next purchase!

Ordered bedroom package back in February, was promised 4 weeks for delivery. Got some items 8 weeks later after numerous contact with noarlunga fantastic furniture and one excuse after another. Still waiting on the rest of the furniture over 3 months later. We enquired yesterday eta, only to be told, "its on the truck, but you may not recieve it". We should recieve priority on the products still in question especially as we've paid in full and been on the waiting list for so long. We assumed we Paid for home delivery for the whole package and only recieved part thereof.so if we require home delivery for the rest of the products that they didnt deliver then we were told its another home delivery fee to pay upfront.

Staff was helpful but gave us plenty of time to look around and was very quick to answer questions and check stock availability. No fuss shopping
