OMG this place has excellent customer service and are helpful in selecting and helping you choose.

Not that great. They have really good product but they need to improve their customer service. If I compare them with Amart. They have better sales representatives than FF. For instance today my wife just asked one of the fella about discount on coffee table and he told my wife rudely that you should read properly what was written on their. Seriously customer service really sucks. Not recommend to anyone. Better go to other branch not gepp cross.

Great prices and choice of furniture. Easily one of the first places you should check in Gepp X when looking for furniture.

My lounge arrived in perfect condition but my two flat packs went together well but were covered in dots of residual glue and a red film that took me 2 hours to scrub off! They came up alright but not something you want to do with new furniture!

Went in today to buy a new mattress, the cheapest one they had in store that i wanted was $199, i only had $189 on me and asked if that’s okay.the lady said no in an aggressive voice even tho i was just asking.went across to harvey norman and they took a bed from $399-189 for me.clearly this company doesn’t care about satisfying their customers, nor do they care about professionalism.i could understand if i was asking for 200-300 off but $10? Seriously.i was shocked.guess i’ll be sticking to harvey’s?

Surprisingly great quality furniture! And I mean because they are cheap, I assumed the quality would match. But the bed frame especially was super easy to put together, but great quality. My go to now, refurnishing our home after losing everything we own

Missing parts. Then damaged parts so can't even build the thing having taken the day off to do just that.

Terrible customer service from a lady called Tatiana/Tania. She hang up the phone on me when i called to enquire about the delivery of a product i bought. Highest form of unprofessionalism. Called back again to enquire what her name was, just to make sure i had the right name but her ally Maureen decided not to tell me what her name was. Clearly because they both knew their behaviour was uncouth. I have spent my money to buy goods at the store. They should not be talking to customers as if we are getting them for free. Kindly improve on this Fantastic furniture. You can do better.

Three months waiting for a sofa. Received the wrong order.we are still waiting. Another 2.5 months have passed.terrible company

Found what we wanted. The staff weren't "in your face" like other stores BUT they also weren't easy to find! However, when we ordered, Noreen was very helpful from the Gepps Cross Store.

Great prices but when you click and collect it would be nice to be told before going to Gepps Cross that you need to pick up from Cavan

Bad customer service experience
Ordered a white bed frame, but received a black one instead. When I called to explain what happened, the customer service lady just said she can't fix it, and it's Sydney head office problem. What? ! How about saying sorry and let's look into it!

And when I pointed out that it's fantastic furniture internal system error and as a customer I should get the right product as I ordered. She raised her voice and claimed that I shouldn't get crossed with her. Clearly she needs some customer service training!

Was sent wrong item was very disappointed as it was big inconvenience today. But Item was soon corrected and exchange was organized no problem.

Great prices but when you click and collect you don't get told you need to go to the warehouse to pick your item up so instead of going to Gepps cross you need to go to Caven

No fault with the products but service was less than desirable, in particular the lady who sold the couch was unqualified

I ordered a shoe cabinet, I called customer centre to collect the product gave me the warehouse Address to collect my item waited there for 20/30 min and later they found the item was in showroom, absolutely poor customer service. The lady on the phone sound very unpleasant and not helpful. I will never buy products from fantastic furniture nor recommend. I wish I could give Zero star for their service.

The Gepps Cross team have been great, from the customer service to the delivery & warehouse team. I had a faulty bed part and the team replaced it with no hassles and within a speedy time frame. I highly recommend the store, if you are after affordable furniture and a high quality level of service all around, then this is the store you need.

Furniture is a bit average and the quality is a bit disappointing for most things we looked at. Prices aren't that great either.
