Great customer service. Was quick and easy to find an emergency bed for my daughter within my price range and had it there on site:)

My husband and myself went into the Marion Fantastic Furnitures.on the 3/06/23 we bought a queen bed and mattress was told the bed would be in on the 9/06/23.and delivered on 10/06/23.as we wanted as my 70 year old brother was coming from the Barrossa to stay for a couple of days that is why we wanted the bed and mattress delivered together as we didn't want 2 delivery fees.well when the delivery was made there was only a mattress so my husband rang Fantastic Furnitures at Marion to be told the bed hasn't come in yet.
Today its now 14/0623 and we haven't heard a word so my husband rang Fantastic Furnitures to be told its still not in and thr female that was on the phone wanted to charge another delivery fee after we have been told they would not charge us an other delivery fee.
We are not impressed as we had to cancel my brother coming as I was not prepared for a 70 year old man to sleep on the floor

Well fancy that I see a lot of if you send. Is it in email? Sorry fantastic furniture people’s sending an email does not mean nothing to your staff. Your staff are very unprofessional and customer service is next to 0. I have now had a couch for over seven weeks we have waited for our Chase. We picked one up which was a dilemma. We took at home to find it yet again broken. Not once. Have we had a phone call from your staff members to inform hours where our parts are and where they are not, and yet every time I contact you or your staff. It is a hassle and it seems like I’m continuously in the wrong, this is the last piece of furniture I would recommend or purchase from your staff or your company ever again absolutely disgusting and disgraceful

Was disappointed when I ordered two bed side tables which arrived but I had to connect them a few times to get them.

Amazing staff I ordered my new mattress on Thursday got it on Saturday. They really go out of their way to help you in any way possible. Definitely make you feel like a highly valued customer we are very happy

We bought beds and mattresses. I am very satisfied. Good quality for a reasonable price. Better than at ikea

**Update, still no response for over 7 weeks ** Terrible customer service. I made a complaint instore and was told to email. That was nearly month ago and no response. I rang for an update and was told they had forwarded it to my local store, but couldn't provide additional updates and I would have to continue to wait. Don't use Covid as an excuse for poor service.
The furniture itself is OK for the price; like IKEA but poorer quality.

We always like going to FF and can usually find what we need at a very competitive price. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Bought a few things from there and the ladies there were incredible and eager to help.

I've purchased beds twice here and this is now my go-to shop for furniture. The staff have been lovely, I find the furniture cheaper than Amart while still being reliable, I also enjoy having Australian made items I can pick. Delivery is a $70ish flat fee but happens within a few days of purchase (ask if in stock) and delivery drivers help carry it to where you need it in the house.

I have ordered a sofa and after it got delivered I noticed that it was damaged. Contacted the store and they agreed to give a replacement within 5 weeks. They never give an update also.it's been 2 months now.what a shame.would never recommend this store. Very poor customer service. They don't even reply to the email.very disappointed

You get what you pay for.
Bought i few things from here and well they didn't last long, its a hit and miss, very pricey aswell.

Cheaply made but also cheap to buy when on sale, overpriced for what it is when not discounted. Thin veneer on wooden products that damages easily, but for first home buyers, renters can be a good option.

Truck blocked our car in. I asked them to move it. The manager asked for 2 mins to finish up. Ended up being 10 minutes. Repeatedly asked them to move. Just stood there faffing around the whole Time. No hurry whatsoever. Kept saying this is the last one as he kept bringing stuff out and loading it.

Disappointed with our First purchase from Fantastic Furniture of Carlotta sofa. Within 2 weeks of delivery, squeaking noise started out of 3 seater. Been over a month and still awaiting for the replacement.

Won’t recommend to buy this

Ordered a sofa with deposit paid on end of June.

Promised that it will be delivered within 6 weeks. If not, updates will be provided.

It’s more than 9 weeks now.

Unfortunately, no one does update me anything of my ordered sofa.
