Fantastic Furniture

Dont bother doing click and collect.
Got to the store and they said they have to wait another half hour before they give it to us? What are they doing, crafting it out the back? Why would it take 30 minutes if its out there?
Useless system. Needs a change

Bought a double ensemble bed
Staff member who served us was very friendly and helpful.
Delivery drivers were wonderful. Got the bed up stairs without a problem and were lovely to talk to.
Will shop again.

Ordered a couch 9 weeks ago, originally quoted 5-7 weeks for delivery by the woman in the store. I called the store today for an update and they said the couch hasnt even reached production yet i.e. Hasnt yet been made let alone shipped to Australia. No communication whatsoever nor an update on when it will arrive.

Was told 6-9 weeks. Been 6 now but just got a call saying its gonna be delayed till mid may… i have not got a couch yet so i now have to continue sitting on been bags for 2 more months. A discount should be given. Not just a sorry phone call. Ive read reviews and people have gotten theres in less than 4 weeks. NOT HAPPY. Was the Jazz 3 seater chaise. Wont be buying furniture here again.

So many awesome items! Ended up buying the BRIDGE queensize bed frame. Such a simple design and it's actually quite stable. Really excited to put this up in the bedroom and eventually buy the matching bedside tables. Lovely bubbly service and most importantly, love the honesty. We were told the bedside tables are extremely popular and can take up to 15 weeks to come back in stock, we are happy to wait that long after the excellent, efficient service here.

We ordered a bookcase from Mile End Fantastic Furniture last Sunday. We received a call that night to book in for a delivery time which was Monday, the next day. We then received a call giving us a window of when the delivery will arrive on that day. Our shelf was delivered within the timeframe on the Monday. The service was wonderful, prompt and friendly. The bookcase was in great condition. Highly recommend Mile End Fantastic Furniture.

Really friendly and very knowledgeable staff, we bought a matching dining suite to the coffee table and entertainment unit we bought months ago, cant wait to pick it up, we'll it's actually being delivered now yay! Thank you fantastic furniture.

Very good experience while visiting Mile end store. Great customer service. They explained about details of products and helped us to choose right product as per our requirement. Sarah took the time to help me change and alter pa Kaye’s to suit needs, was patient, displayed an exceptional knowledge of products and services, but above all had personality, humour and was a pleasure to speak with. Best all rounder service in a furniture store Ive had in a long time. From store to assemble. Even organised to come out to help me assemble it fee free. 100‰ will buy from them again.

My Mum recently purchased two recliner chairs. The team at the Mile End store were very friendly and helpful. A few weeks later we had an issue with one of the chairs. The problem was resolved over the phone within 10 minutes and a replacement chair was delivered the very next day. A+ Service! Thank you

Great staff, super accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure great customer service and that I left with everything I needed (even delivering personally to my house after hours)
