This was a few months back, but the staff members were there at the time were very helpful and patient, as we were having trouble paying as it wasn't working very well. Once it was sorted, we thanked them for their time. Highly recommend, as their furniture & mattresses are high quality.

An awesome store to purchase your home furniture and more. Great selection, it's good to check on the website for online specials. Love the staff which are very attentive and knowledgeable.

Quoted 7-9 week turnaround time for our order, only to call up on the other week to be told that we will need to wait another 3-4 weeks. We were not notified of any delays.

On the other hand, the person we spoke to on the phone was very friendly.

Opening hours very limited. 9-5: 30 every day of the week. Dissapointing people who work full time can't get in to collect items until the weekend. Poor form.

Went in to buy 2 pieces of furniture, woman tried to push me into buying things i never asked for several times, Completely opposite to what I told her. Clearly she’s been encouraged to act like this by upper management, bad vibe when I went in. If you like getting things abit cheaper also then never lower the price no matter how much you spend, Probably won’t go back

Delivery guy caused damage to my house, it was an accident, but after trying to sort it out on numerous occasions no one ever wanted to get back to me so I gave up. Lucky I was covered!

Was pretty much ignored here. We did order online in the end as we wanted what they offered, but out of 3 people, 2 were serving and the other person seemed uninterested in wanting to help.

Staff today 18/10/2020 (two blonde haired women, maybe mid 40's) totally rude and disinterested, you'd think having two alternative shops either side of them would make them keen, not these two.

Terrible customer service! Waited around for ages for someone to serve us, they approached every other customer that had just arrived and not us. We were ready to spend big bucks but decided to shop elsewhere due to the rude staff. Apparently if you look young and not rich they won't even bother. Then on the way out as we walked out they yelled out can we help you.

I recently purchased a Single Mattress In A Box for my guest room, the mattress is packed compact in an airtight plastic in a box; and it could fit comfortably into my sedan car with extra space in the car boot.

I am very pleased with how comfortable the mattress is, and how stunning it looks in my guest bedroom!

Due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions delivery took over three weeks plus to arrived to Munno Para Fantastic Furniture, but with this current unpredictable environment it's totally understandable; and overall it was a smooth, secure online shopping transaction.

Poor customer service, they had a pallet of single mattresses on display which weren't for sale. 4 sales staff on the floor and we were practically ignored until we tried to purchase a single bed mattress, we ended up leaving and buying a mattress from Amart next door.
