If you order a snitty pack and ask for no peas and you'll get a mountain of peas every time. They do decent food but they will get your order wrong every single time
My go to for fish and chips, they also do great chicken and hot packs. I recommend the hotdog and burger with the lot. Great tasting hot chips and killa gravy. Pricing isn't too bad either.
Great customer service and freshness. We all enjoyed it. Especially potato and pineapple fritters.
Chips seemed to have dropped in quality since I was little. However, staff have always been friendly and being a local I've always had fond memories of this shop!
I would not recommend ordering food from the Fairview chicken shop because they alway miss items from your orders and when you call to complain they put the phone down on you the service is disgraceful
One of the better chicken shops. If I could suggest a little less chicken salt though. Last two times it was pretty heavy. But at the same time I didn't say that. I just said yes when they asked if I wanted salt. Next time I will say not as much.
Placed an order for fish and chips - phoned up 40 mins beforehand to be ready by arrival. Arrived to see that they hadn’t even started making the order and it was not by any description, busy at all. No apology, just told to wait. Really disappointed. Great quality food but shocking customer service!
Soggy chips and over cooked fish. I was only refunded half of the combo drink that I never received

Best fish and chips shop in the North East! Accidentally selected Uber eats pick up and the owner Jason delivered it himself after hours, food is top notch, customer service is Excellent!
Zero stars !!!the guy with the big beard is rude, doesn't look like he owns a restaurant, looks like he owes him money, disgusting, won't eat again, no manners. That's okay. Next time, remember to speak politely
Disappointing. Phoned ahead. Told 10 minutes. Then only told couldn't find my order. Seems menu log, urbereats are taking priority. Been coming for years.may have to try somewhere else.
Placed a phone order, to pick up for a certain time. Went to pick up the meal, it was waiting for me nice and hot. Great Customer Service. Best Hot Chips in Adelaide. Very clean establishment.

Disgusting. Will never go back to this place again and i advise everyone in the area find a better chicken shop. Theres plenty better near by!

Would be good to pay attention to what you are packing for your Uber eats deliveries. Missing items is annoying for customers who have paid for food that was not delivered. Then having to go out and replace food that you have already paid for. Defeats the purpose of delivery. Then train your staff to take some ownership not say I didnt pack it so it’s not my problem. Will be giving your business a big miss from now on.
