Eyes & Vision

By far the best experience I have had at an optometrist appointment. Have "sacked" OPSM after years of loyalty - their customer service has taken a nose-dive. But Eyes and Vision have the perfect formula of friendly staff who are genuinely happy to help you and not try to "up-sell". Highly reccommended.

My best Optical experience by far. In 20 years I have never been so well attended to and informed. Emma left no stone unturned, and she has such a personable manner. Andrea is an expert in style. She knows exactly what suits and so she makes the selection process easy. Thank you for being a wonderful team.

Exceptionally rude staff over the phone and in person. The receptionist is highly unqualified as she has no customer service skills. Do not recommend to anyone.

Emma and Andrea are extremely helpful in providing answers to all my questions, they are so friendly and helped me choose my glasses which is a experience in itself!

I can not speak highly enough of the staff, especially Frank and Naz. I was really nervous as I was having a serious test done and they calmed me down before the appointment and made me feel calm, comfortable and welcome. Definitely recommend!

Eyes & Vision will stop at nothing to make sure the wheels keep turning in a crisis of poor vision. Great, friendly, helpful, approachable staff who are wonderful with both kids and adults.

Brought my son here to see Nai. Her knowledge and skills were amazing, but best of all, she won my son over so much he said he wants to go back next week after kindy. Love your work!

I took an elderly relative there & she was advised to arrive 15 mins early which she did. However, she had to wait a further 30 mins to be seen. The optician tried to push my aunt into joining a health fund & getting her cataracts removed. At 89 years of age, & in poor health she is not interested in having the procedure. The eye test took 10 min, no test for glaucoma. The staff did not come across as professionals.

I was a walk in patient as i had a foreign body in my eye that needed removal. I was seen immediately and the patient i delayed was understanding as well. I was given a thorough once over, fb removed pain free, acuity tested, and sent home with drops and a follow up care plan. Wonderful staff, welcoming and generous. Exceptional service!

Great and friendly service! Love the school holiday Kids day where they do free check ups for kids and give out balloons and party bags and face painting. So much fun and makes my kids feel very relaxed.

One of the best experiences I have had with knowledgeable, friendly service. Would recommend. Addressed medical issues not dealt with over years of eye tests elsewhere. My eyes are happier.
