Dr Tim Greenwell is without doubt the best ophthalmologist we have ever seen - and there have been several due to our moving for work.
He is so caring, makes such an effort to discuss and explain everything, and is hugely knowledgeable.
Tim treated my young daughter, walking the fine line between over and under medicating during her uveitis flares. I can't recommend him highly enough, and am only sad we've had to relocate once again and are yet to find comparable care.

My partner has just returned from his 9.40 appointment. He was not seen until 10.30 notwithstanding that at 9.40 he was asked to remove his contact lenses for a quick review then asked to wait in the waiting room (without contacts) until 10.30. He cannot see enough to read without his contacts. When asked why the delay, he was told 'one of those mornings'. The excuse sounds completely disingenuous. Certainly not a clinic I would ever recommend. Apparently staff were abrupt and dismissive too. 1 star is probably an overly high rating!

Saw John Landers. So disappointed. He was very cold and dismissive. Even the eye technician was cold and unwelcoming.
Never going back there again.

I am a patient of Dr Chen at Glenelg and have found the staff and Dr Chen warm, friendly and cheerfull whilst being totally professional. Dr Chen is the third eye specialist that I have seen with my multiple eye problems and she has been the only one to make a difference and found a resolution. In my experience the care and concern Dr Chen provides is unequaled.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We had an excellent experience with investigating a potential eye issue that our son had. Thankfully all was ok - but overall the experience with Dr Billing was excellent.

Great practice! Staff are always really friendly and helpful, doctors are very thorough. Would recommend to anyone who requires Ophthalmic care:)

I hate coming here because of the reception staff! The reception staff need training in all aspects of customer service. We are people not numbers! Wouldn’t hurt to extend some warmth and smile occasionally either!

I had to say I am quite disappointed because my booked surgery got cancelled. I booked the survey a few month ahead and I have told the doctor my time is not as flexible as other patients. But just a month before the surgery they rang me and told me my surgery is canceled. They can only reschedule it to next year but I am not in Adelaide at that time. I am bothered by my vision problem for a long time and need a surgery ASAP. I had to do this in my home country and paid lots of consultation fee for nothing. I asked the doctor the write a report of his finding for me but he never did. I had to call and ask again! Very disappointed.

With my old age it has recently been suggested that i replace my one glass eye.so i booked an appointment and i must say you have the lowest prices and the biggest savings.that why i pick woolies for christmas

I found Dr Tim Greenwell highly knowledgeable and totally down to earth. Premises are well equipped and parking is readily available underground. Nurse Kirsten and reception staff were pleasant and professional.

My 3 year old saw dr pater. He was amazing and made my daughters surgery calm and as less painful as possible. I would recommend dr pater to any parent with a child with eye problems.

Normally i would give the high rating yesterday i went to greenhill road office my appiontment was 1.30pm i got there earlywent to the desk made a comment about no one in the waiting room normally it pack. Got told to take a seat. Then every one started coming in.then people who came in well after me weee being seen before me.bit later i aheard a lovely old lady say she had been there an hour.so they saw to her aabout 2.45 i went up to the counter blunted got told to stand at the end and someone would be with me in a minute i thought this was quite rude. My folder was not put up went i check in i got out at 3.45pm sorry but not good enough what with the staff.

BREACHED my confidentiality! They charged me a ridiculous $140 for just a 5 minute consult without doing anything for me! RIP OFF and then they breached my privacy by ringing my mum! I will be taking legal action against them!

Had two experiences with them for my wife and my daughter.
They are always SUPER LATE for the appointments you need to wait 1-2 hours at least after your official appointment to get visited. Most unorganized clinic I have ever seen.
