Eye Candy Detailing

I was blown away by the contrast after paint correction and ceramic coat. Great customer service and top quality work)

Recently my wife took her brand new Toyota to Eye Candy Detailing (ECD) to have Window Tint, Ceramic Paint & interior protection fitted. Upon collection there we noticed some bubbles in the tint and was told this will go away, relax. We also noticed some decolourization on the bumper and other plastic trims on the outside of the car, that wasn’t there before as well.

After 2 weeks they hadn’t gone away, so we contacted them and brought it back. They replaced the film on 2 windows and said they had removed the wax that got on the bumper as part of the paint protection. On the way home we noticed another window tint that was damaged with scratches (not noticed before) so took it back again (same day) and the entire team became very rude and refused to do anything about this damage. In fact, they outright refused to provide any more service and claimed they did not damage anything on the car at all.

After contacting and getting the opinion of other detailers it was clear that this was caused by installer error, but ECD refused to do anything about it. Upon deeper inspection it became clear that the bumper was damaged more than it looked and requires repair. They refused to take any responsibility for any of these issues and has resulted in it costing us more money to get these issues fixed elsewhere.

I would recommend avoiding ECD at all costs as they only appear to care about ‘show’ cars or expensive supercars.

Just had my 4 year old X5 detailed by Eye Candy and it looks amazing. Full paint correction & ceramic coating and it looks brand new again! Very happy with the advice and after sales support received from Adam. The whole team was super friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Highly recommend you go see Adam.

I was very impressed by the service that Adam and his team provided. Unfortunately the car was very scratched when I brought the car to them and after their hard work the car looks absolutely fantastic as if it had just come out of the showroom being freshly bought. Everything was performed to detail. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Just like to say thanks to the guys at Eye Candy for a great job. Even though the car gets a lot of marks from being under trees with the new ceramic coat they wash off easily with a Great finish.

Fantastic service from Adam, very honest and upfront about what was the best product for me. Booked the Rav4 in for onyx graphene protection. Was told that it would take a couple of days to complete, which was no problem. Was very surprised to get a call the next day saying it was finished. The car looks fantastic.

No questions were too hard for Adam, and he made sure I was happy with the finish before I left gave plenty of aftercare advice and welcomed any future questions.

His honest approach and info on what would benefit the best result for my vehicle was second to none. Also great advice of after care for my vehicle and the best products to use. Adam and his team are professional and super easy to deal with, probably enough good words on their quality work from other reviews but for those who are wondering if ceramic coating is worth the money or not, I'm now convinced it's a no brainer 100% worth it.

Left both of my cars outside in the rain for a week, plenty of dust in the family car with water marks etc whereas the 86 remains in good shape. Family car is grey so hard to find a good angle for good comparison photos but it's very easy to tell with two cars side by side irl.
