ETSA employees some wonderful therapists, Shane and Marissa are fantastic at what they do, and can not be faulted in anyway HOWEVER this company is poorly lacking in the admin and invoicing department. Appointments are often not booked in, changed at the last minute or entered incorrectly. Promises of service agreements and therapy plans are never followed through on and they will milk your funding for every cent they can get. We live across the road from the therapy offices, our child's kindergarten is 5 minutes down the road, yet for a therapists visit to home or Kindy they would charge $100 for travel? At that rate, once you take into account all the other services we need to utilise, our Childs funding would not last for the plan. When questioning the owner of the company about the travel charges, excuses were made that made no sense. Have cancelled all further bookings which is a shame, as Shane and Marissa, when available, were perfect for our family. Get your act together ETSA before you lose your therapists.

Edit to clarify the response below: the change in locations she is referring too is a 5 minute walks difference, so they'd planned to charge $100 travel charge for a location that is 7 minutes walk from their office? If the charge is in regards to time spent at the appt then why put it as a travel charge? Sick of having my child's plan milked, yes its government money BUT it's to get her help and has to last a year!
