Thank you to the very lovely and extremely helpful staff member today 18/1/23 (blonde haired lady, in jeans-so sorry I didn't catch her name!). My husband and I drove up from regional SA and purchased some gorgeous plants and pots this morning. The whole experience was fantastic. Even though she was busy putting stock away, nothing was too much trouble! From the greeting, the knowledge, to her helping us check which plants were pet safe and then helping us carry our purchases to the car, we are so impressed! Prices are very reasonable as well, I was expecting much higher! Absolutely stunning store with a great variety of plants. We will be back, it was well worth the trip

Beautiful array of plants, was hard to choose but I did need help and was helped by a lovely young man who had lots of information on plants and the pot for my plant. Great place, so come and check it out.

I walked into Exotic Botanic planning on only getting 2 plants for my daughter for her birthday and I ended up walking out with 7 in total. Probably the best place I’ve been too! Beautiful store with so much stock at very competitive prices. Sales staff also very knowledgeable and happy to be at work! They have a wide range of plants too, from baby plants to big established ones and also a few rare plants if you're lucky enough to get them in time before they sell out. This is my favourite place to stay a while, heal my soul and bring home more plants than I can fit in my house.

The best plant store that I have ever stepped foot in! The store itself beautiful and such they have a very wide range of pots and plants big or small! And the pricing is so good! Not to mention the staff are knowledgeable and so friendly and it’s a calming atmosphere!

Been there since day one, the cactus man caught my eye. But the rest of the shop left me speechless. The staff were well experienced and educated on all the specific plants I enquired, made my Christmas shop alot easier. The atmosphere was so calming, the selection was plentiful and the owners were ever so lovely. Personal thankyou to Laura helping pick a present for mother. She loved it. Can't wait to come back.
