Dr Danwin Chan's use of "The Golden Brocade" (Qigong) with introduction stretching exercises is a flowing movement meditation. Each step is monitored for improvement. There is no competition. Every one performs according to their individual ability. Very relaxing, calming and natural healing for every part of the body. Heinz
