Everyday Independence

I’m a senior support worker with one of Rhian’s clients at Always care services. We’ve had a lovely time working with her. She’s been great in communicating with Caroline. She also does her best to understand the needs of the client and findings ways to make sure they’re meet. She’s very committed in ensuring that her clients get the best quality of life. We’ve seen great changes with our clients quality of life since she started working with Rhian. I highly recommend Rhian from Everyday Independence for her quality of service and extensive knowledge. Rhian jones has been so lovely to me I was working in Mildura with a lady be for Rhian and she did nothing for my son and I felt like there was no one to help me I felt like I was on my own and my son would never get the help he needs but then Rhian came along and I now feel like my son and me will get the right help

After having a psychologist cancel numerous appointments and not having the opportunity to get even the assessments started was very disappointing. Then she left the company and we had no support person allocated after that due to staff shortages. It was decided to have Rhian Jones in Adelaide conduct Telehealth appointments. It has been a breath of fresh air. She is lovely, understanding and very helpful. I feel so lucky to have been allocated Rhian to assist our family and help get strategies in place. I would highly recommend Rhian for any family seeking a good psychologist. I cannot express my praise enough for her knowledge, effort, honesty and support. I just wish she was in Victoria so we could have her as our in person therapist. Thank you Rhian for everything.

Lucreesha has been assisting a client with our company and has been so lovely and helpful. She has been very flexible and is always a pleasure to work with her.

Rhian from everyday independence was always happy to go the extra mile to make sure my client had all the staff training and therapy support that they needed to improve their mental health/behaviours.

The services provided by Everyday independence are exceptional. I am delighted to learn and integrate the keyworker model to support children at my centre. Veronica has been excellent at supporting children and putting her heart out to go an extra mile to support both myself and a teacher and the children to obtain a successful outcome for the children.

Rhian has been so great in assisting us with our son who is on spectrum and has substantial needs. She provides some tips on how to deal with our boy and she will respond on our querries immediately. Chelsey and the Team in the Adelaide hub are very professional and passionate about supporting NDIS participants with the "best Fit" Allied Health team. As an NDIS Support Coordinator is can be very stressful to find Allied Health practitioners with immediate availability, but with Chelsey and the team, there certainly hit the ground running and I was able to onboard an awesome OT, so thankyou. I highly recommend this provider and now have a great business relationship with Everyday Independence
