Service was excellent and friendly. Very knowledgeable and identified other areas which required attention. Explained the pool clean and provided information on what is required to be done over the next coming days to get pool ready for swimming.

We are thrilled with our new swimming pool. Throughout the entire process - from site inspection, to install and to handover - we have felt very well looked after by Mick and his team. It is evident to us that this company genuinely gets enjoyment out of helping families create the ultimate outdoor experience!

Due to personal circumstances our job was delayed for well over a year yet we were met with nothing but patience and compassion from the team, which is a testament to the character of this company and its employees. Special mentions to the Project Manager Nic who always had a timely response to our many questions, Sam & Andrew who were extremely knowledgeable and respectful throughout the install, Craig who came to clean and prepare our pool and lastly Mick who spent the time to help us feel confident to look after our investment.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. From first contact at pool and spa expo through to installation and after sales support. Massive delays our end through covid and Everclear would so understanding and supportive. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Would 100 per cent use them again.

Mick and his team are wonderful and caring during the whole process of pool installation. There was a no pressure approach and Mick is ver honest and upfront with costs and the work involved. They take care of all the process and make it easy for the customer. Installation was as promised and delivered on time. Once pool is installed their team in the pool shop are wonderful and helpful and so are the team that clean and service the pool. When we moved into our house in January, we'd never owned a pool before, but the Everclear team (especially Craig) has been by our side since day 1. There new pool owner intro session is an absolute must for anyone new to having a pool.we knew nothing, but now we're more than confident in using the equipment and keeping our pool clear and sparkling!

I love the fact that no matter the question, all of the Everclear team are there.always friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.

Was good at the start of last year, they were really helpful and kind, But since they've gotten under 'New' Management its gone downhill a bit. Still great workers there, Sam and Maddie are really helpful and nice, But the Owners are a bit controlling Ive noticed

I always enjoy the customer service and the free water testing, even if my water profile is a tad interesting, I can even have fish tank/pond water tested easily
