We came to see Dr Lowe about my father Peter Usachov, he has got a problem with his health after cardiac arrest and dementia, dr Lowe does not help my father with anything at all, even family members come to talk him, he does not pay any attention. We plan to make further complain to Medicare first about doctor Lowe. I don't recommend this doctor 100%.

Very disappointed & feel let down. Saw dr Jai for a long time who seemed really knowledgeable and kind. But then felt awkward after an appointment once. I had a health issue that I was concerned about but he kept brushing it off saying it’s fine. He even made me feel awkward and tried to turn it into a mental health issue. I left feeling embarrassed and like a hypochondriac. Fast forward, I saw a specialist for unrelated issues and she mentioned this health issue. Turns out, it WAS an issue and it was now worse. I’ve suffered for a year as a result. I’m so upset about it because I was made to feel like it was all in my head yet all along I was right. I’m now on medication and things are looking up. I won’t return again. I know doctors can make mistakes but If I can’t feel comfortable at the doctor to raise issues, what’s the point?
Not to mention reception staff are rude.
Male reception staff has always been very kind and the nursing staff are lovely.

Dr Lucas at Europa Medical centre is an exemplary doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients. The level of care and commitment she has provided to myself and my family over the last 7+ years has been outstanding. Her attention to detail and memory retention amazes me, I always feel like I’m in the best of hands.

Even during the early days of COVID when the world was scary, her focus and commitment remained paramount.

A wonderful female doctor! Highly recommended.

Dr. Krishnan is good in diagnosing health issues, has a wealth of knowledge and impeccable treatment practices, however I find him strongest asset to be his ability to connect with his patients on a human level many doctors struggle with.

I’ve been a patient of Krishnan's for around 6 years and in those 6 years he has been consistently reliable.

It's very hard to get the appointment but worth the wait.

My doctor (Dr. Chayadevi) was professional and pleasant. However, I had to cancel my appointment today because of the unwelcoming reception staff. Overall, they were quite disparaging and had displayed a great measure of unmitigated temerity. Small requests i.e, printing a Clinpath form, encountered disposition…

Highly recommend Dr Krishnan especially if you are pregnant or have children. Genuine caring doctor who gives you the time you deserve

Dr Krishnan is friendly and understands the patient. He always empathises with patient needs and queries which makes him to stand out from other doctors.
I would always recommend him to my friends and family for any assistance that is required

Myself, my husband & our son all see Dr. Krishnan. We have seen him for a number of years now. He is so friendly & approachable, you can really tell that he has the care & wellbeing of his patients at the forefront of his practice. Dr Krishnan has a wealth of knowledge & is willing to spend the extra time required to ensure his patients understand what he has explained, nothing ever seems to be an inconvenience to him. Very happy to have such a dedicated doctor

Dr Jai Krishnan is a lovely practitioner to visit. He treats patients lovely and consults with a educational manner so we not only learn new perspectives about the subject but build on our existing knowledge. Definitely recommend to visit.

On several occasions I have been bullied out of booking appointments by the receptions, telling me lovely one liners such as "the doctor doesn't want to see you" "You'll have to see them in several days time" etc. All because they don't want to be held back there past 5 or 6pm. I had a specialist appointment and was initially left waiting for nearly 2 hours intentionally. Eventually the specialist came out and sincerely apologised telling me he had no idea I was there and I hadn't been added to the queue. I have had Doctors tell me to "Keep calling" till they let me through, because they know the way patients are treated. I have been left so severely disgusted by the treatment I recieved trying to book appointments to the point, my husband brought in a letter, explaining how desperately I needed to see the specialist (they continously told me was unavailable, but the gp could see avaliable times online.) And was told "You should just go to hospital. " When my husband arrived there, one kind staff said she had found one avaliable appointment and the others quickly jumped in telling her there was nothing there and we couldn't be helped.
There's no empathy, no manners and when I raised it with the clinic manager he shrugged it off. He simply knows and could care less.
Dr. Wong and Dr. Duggan were the heart and soul of empathy at this practice. Go elsewhere.

Pre booked an appointment and ended up waiting for over an hour to be seen. What was the point of pre-booking if you gonna end up spending the day there Seems understaffed and rude staff. Had to cancel my other appointments due to this? I guess now I know which place to not come back again?

Please if we must wear masks please ensure that the staff stay vigilant and make sure that people wear them properly.
I am not happy to wear but at least I will wear it properly and not have my nose exposed as one lady whilst I was there and another person wearing it on his chin. I will also add that at least one staff member today also was wearing her mask correctly behind the counter and had her nose exposed.

They are systematically reducing the welcoming atmosphere and relaxing landscape outside the practice, are not community minded, and have been rude and arrogant.

My husband and I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Dr's are friendly but the reception staff are rude, on the phone and face to face. I think more training should be provided to them regarding their people skills it doesn't look good on the clinic and makes people not want to come back.

I definitely recommend going elsewhere. I have never had a more negative series of events with both Doctor and reception staff. First appt cancelled. Then recent appt, (phone consult) Dr never called. Then Dr Krishnan emailed me and told me to find another GP. This practice is run so unprofessionally.

If you are in need of a physio, if it is Mr Samir, dont bother. Waste of 85 dollars. Definitely definitely go to physio clinic or apparently Bridget is good but she is booked out a lot. For Mr Samir, 85 dollars for a physio session that was pretty much a nothing session.

85 bux aint easy to come by so the last thing I want to do is waste it nothing!
