I started working at this place 2 weeks as a casual care worker and it was absolutely horrible bad management I was getting bullied by a stuff member that work there and I raised my concerns to the management and instead of doing something about it they took all my casual shift of me just because I report the bullying and harassment and I was given no shift for 3 weeks and I am a single mum I couldn't afford staying at the place that wasn't going to give me any shifts so I had to quit the job I would never recommend anyone to work there it's a horrible management and the director of care or the head nurses speaks so rudely to care workers it is absolutely disappointing and disgusting

Mum has had both her eternity and worse her wedding band removed from her hand overnight on 2 different occasions by a staff member. Cant say im overly impressed.

Dads experience was Good, but Mum was very upset to be told her husband wasn't there and she was a silly woman!

The staff at Estia are so supportive and take good care of my Dad, and Mum before her passing. It has been a difficult time but it helps ease my mind knowing Dad is being looked after by caring, compassionate people. I would recommend Estia Craigmore to anyone looking for a lovely environment for their loved one.

My grandmother was at the craigmore site for nearly 4.5 years. We can not fault the service she received. The staff acted to the highest level at all times. Often going above and beyond ensure we were up to date.

One of the better kept nursing homes with a reasonable amount of activities for those who are able to join in, but staff shortage is an issue for those needing more attention. Food is tasty but often comes nearly cold (also sadly due to lack of staff). Rooms are a good size and decor good. Upgrades to the home have been wonderful, especially with the addition of the new bird Avery and a visitors lounge area. Lovely little gardens most with seating to get some fresh air. Most issues are addressed with caring and promptly. All in all one of the better home for our loved ones.

Claim they can manage residents suffering from Alzehimers however when it came to my father and the issues chatactistic of this disease rather than try and put strategies in place to help (like they said they would) they took the easy option, sent him back to hospital and discharged him from the nursing home.
Don't be fooled by the looks because the care is second rate.

Wonderful facility, well laid out and very welcoming. It is the caring Staff that make this home so very special. It is a big facility but that brings the extra care with onsite medical staff around the clock that could be missing from smaller places.
