Delicious breakfast options with prompt service and the food was ready fast! The kitchen is open - busy, clean, and professional. The front if house staff were helpful, accommodating and had great communication.

We had a function at our footy club couple of weeks ago and arranged the catering from Esculent through Liz, who made it so easy and took all the stress out of our hands. We catered for 120 people, and Liz helped with suggestions and amounts. The food was delivered on time, nice and fresh, hot and ready to put out. We went for a mixture of hot and cold food to cater to everyone. The price was unbelievable for what we ordered and the food was absolutely amazing and top quality. I wanted to write this to thank Liz and the team for making our night one we will all remember. People are still talking about the food and asking where it was from, and we have had no hesitation in passing your details on.

Beyond amazing! The fried chicken waffles were to die for! The chicken was moist, and crunchy, the waffles were soft and perfect. The bacon was cooked to perfection.
As many local products as possible, and they all got credit on the menu.
If I lived here, I would eat there every single day!

I got hot chocolate and gourmet wrap, it was just delicious and they have a quick service.

Extremely good place for a feed. Brekky of lunch. Even dinner. Wednesday night is wings night. Omg. So yummy and cheap. 50c wings. Can’t beat that. Trust me. Go there. U won’t regret it.

Amazing slow cooked for 12hours pork belly on sour dough toast, very generous serve with 2 fried eggs and green stuff on the side, I think that was decoration.
I complemented the chef, it was very busy on a Sunday morning!

This was a super disappointing experience! It was like everyone working here was vacant and disinterested, which was unfortunate because we really wanted to like here. Not one of our orders were given to us correctly, to the point we stopped going back in to ask because it seemed like a bit of a joke. Firstly the coffees were made opposite despite reiterating two or three times. This was a problem because one of the coffees was meant to be decaf and the other was not meant to have sugar in it. Then the desserts ordered were forgotten about and didn’t arrive until my partner went inside to ask, 15 minutes later. Which, considering it was just pre-made cake and cheesecakes in the display fridge, was a red flag. After, we thought we’d order a pot of tea to share. It took a good 2 minutes of waiting at the counter before anyone noticed, despite the cafe being quiet. The wait staff seemed to not want to even look in the direction of the counter. When the tea was ordered, we asked for a large pot with two glasses and milk and said it was to share between two. The tea came with one glass, and no milk, and the waitress very promptly left before we could ask if she was coming back with the rest. At that point, it seemed kind of ridiculous to go back in a third time to ask for our order to be fixed so we tried to drink the tea and left. We know sometimes places have a bad day and if even two of these mistakes were made, we probably would have understood. But every single order was missing parts or wrong, and the staff seemed annoyed about even serving customers.
Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Needs to get better cutlery, apart from that 5 stars.

Came here for a meal for the first time, although I’ve popped in for takeaway coffee a few times. The food was excellent quality and fairly priced, great friendly service too.
We ordered the Gourmet Breakfast Burger on a brioche bun and Eggs on Toasted Sourdough with Barossa bacon. Special mention for the bacon which was amazing, the best I’ve tasted by far, and the sourdough was nice and light, unlike some which can be heavy and tough. We found the serving sizes were just right for us. We were both really happy with our meals and will be back. Thank you.

First time having brekkie here. Hubby had the big breakfast, me the veggie option. Great, freshly cooked food, generous serves. After a small hiccup with the coffees (not hot enough) there were replacements with no hassles, great customer service in my view. Would come back again.

We had the best breakfast burger both chorizo and veggie on Saturday last week. Hats off to whoever made it. Definitely coming back.

Nice brunch out with family. Seriously good breakfast menu. Loved the EFC Burger. Does it get much better than a very generous slab of crispy buttermilk fried chicken with bacon, cheese and loads of fresh salad on brioche? Just perfect. We love this cafe. They source local produce too.

First time coming here today. Me and my pregnant belly are already so excited to eat out breakfast and drink our coffee! The atmosphere looks great, the food sounds delicious I'm excited

Just had the double angus burger not too sure of the name but the flavour still lingers on my taste buds and the only regret is that i ate it so fast and now I'm in mourning because its gone.
Great service, Clean and Crisp establishment and the food, Wow!
Do yourself a favour seriously and try it.
The price is a bit higher but so is the Quality!
So if your wanting cheap junk go to maccas!
If your wanting a tastebud frenzy this is the place to be

Poor service! Understand that you were busy and potentially short staffed with Covid, but having to wait around 45minutes to get a brekky wrap is not fair, you need to be up front and honest with wait times and leave it too each individual to either take it or leave it. Breaky wrap was nice in the end.

I had a rare Friday off and chance to have lunch with my wife. The Nutella shake was great, shared between us both not too sickly sweet. The loaded Tater tots was huge, flavoursome with a good balance between topping and tots. Finally the back to basics burger was a Let down. Should be label rare on the menu, my wife could not eat any, she wanted it labeled as raw to warn people. The burger although rare was also very sinewy, with untenable strings of connective tissue throughout. I eat my stake rare, mince is too risky for me. It started so well with shake and tots a five stars display of awesomeness, however avoid the beef burger unless you enjoy a risk gurgling guts and gastro from undercooked mince.
