Escape Hunt Adelaide: Escape Rooms & Bar

Interesting experience. First room was dark and with a small torch it was difficult to read padlock numbers. Advice to bring reading glasses for those requiring them may have helped. It was also difficult to hear the instructions given as the voice was muffled and unclear.

Amazing experience and an outstanding staff. Millie made our quest very enjoyable and fun. I am glad we could escape just on time

Super fun escape room! Love how there was a lot of interactive/different challenges and not just all locks. Visually great aswell. Millie was a great host!

This was a lot of fun and the host, Jade, was very friendly and happy to chat before and after the experience.he was accomodating and wonderful.the puzzles were fun and of medium complexity to keep you on your toes

The only thing i will say is that if you have any vision issues, this is not the escape room for you.the frist portion is not very well lit so our group had a lot of difficulty trying to see and read things - the lighting does improve as you go on so if you have a few people in your group with good eyesight then you are sorted!

Awesome experience at Escape Hunt! We escaped ‘Down the Rabbit Hole” with a little help from our excellent host, Millie.

Escape hunt was wonderful. Loved the down the rabbit hole room. It was challenging but a lot of fun. Would definitely come back! Our host Millie was also fantastic!

Such a great experience! Will definitely be back to try another escape room. On the 16th my friends and I did the escape room “down the rabbit hole” it was such great fun! The staff were so helpful and friendly, thank you jack and Beth!

Beth, Jack & Jazz were the best team to work with, hands down! I've completed every room now and look forward to when new rooms become available!

We loved it! Positive and welcoming environment. The room was pitched at the right level, with the option of help when needed. Alanna and jazz were our game masters and it was fantastic. Definitely come again!

- do not wish their staff members to take your phone number and send your creepy stalker messages
-want to be believed by the manager when you are making a complaint

I went to escape hunt on Saturday and completed was attended to by a staff member named Ricky. The next day I received a WhatsApp message from a number I did not recognise which was quickly deleted. A few minutes later I received a text message from that same number who proceeded to message me with many creepy details including my name, and what I did the previous night. He refused to answer any of my questions about who he was and was seemingly playing a game with me. I don’t think he realised that he accidentally sent his contact details in the message so that I knew his name. I soon realised that it must have been the same Ricky from Escape Hunt as in his messages he referred to himself as ‘RC’ which is what he also wrote on the card we received after completing the escape room. I rang Escape Hunt and asked to speak with the manager who returned my call the next day. This call was very frustrating as the story that he was told was that one of MY FRIENDS gave Ricky the number and asked them to play a trick on me. Despite telling him this would be extremely out of character for my friends to do he repeated that I should ‘ask my friends again’. He refused to believe that Ricky must have taken my number from their booking system as he apparently ‘does not have access’ to it. I trust my friends and this is simply not something they would do. EVEN IF… my friends gave Ricky my phone number this would not be a slightly acceptable excuse. As it remains, this is a gravely inappropriate and unprofessional series of events as well as a shocking breach of privacy and I cannot believe that the manager would have believed that story. I wasn’t going to leave a review until my disappointing call with the manager.

I will not be returning to Escape Hunt and if I could give it 0 stars I would.

So much fun! We didn't manage to escape but had a great time trying. Jayd was an awesome games master and helped us along the way.would highly recommend

Tried the Great White room and had Carolyn as our Game Master who was lovely and very helpful when we got stuck (a few times)
Already booked in to try another room! Keeeeen!
