Absolutely love the service offered and the fish n chips I get are delicious. My daughter loves her AB Chicken Schnitzel pack without chilli sauce and our pineapple rings are sweet as cinnamon sugar! Finally a decent piece of fish in Batter in the Eastern suburbs, Masses of chips and both cooked to perfection……. Hmmm wonder if they do curry sauce too? !

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the abysmal experience I had at your establishment. I ordered a half chicken pack with extra stuffing, regular chips, and a burger with the lot. To my dismay, when I arrived home and eagerly opened the pack, there was no sign of the promised stuffing.

Annoyed but hopeful for a resolution, I promptly contacted your shop to explain the situation. The girl who took my call seemed apologetic and assured me that I could come back to the store to pick up the missing stuffing. Encouraged by her response, I made my way back to your establishment.

However, the reception I received upon my return was nothing short of appalling. I informed your staff that they had neglected to include the stuffing, as agreed upon during my phone conversation. To my astonishment, the owner himself approached the counter and callously declared, "we don't sell stuffing separately, if you want stuffing, you need to buy a whole chicken. " This absurd revelation was never conveyed to me during the initial purchase or during my subsequent phone call.

I find it incredulous that a chicken shop would have such an illogical policy. The fact that I was asked to return specifically to collect the stuffing, only to be met with such disregard, is a testament to the sheer incompetence and lack of integrity displayed by your establishment. The owner's dismissive response, stating that he couldn't "cut half a chicken just to give you stuffing, " further exemplifies the woeful customer service I encountered.

I must emphasize that in all my years as a customer, I have never encountered such an atrocious experience. The manager's rude and condescending demeanor only exacerbated an already regrettable situation. I assure you that I will never set foot in your shop again.

Furthermore, I feel compelled to share this distressing encounter with others to ensure they are aware of the abysmal treatment and complete lack of accountability demonstrated by your establishment. If anyone is seeking an opportunity to be yelled at for a botched order, then your shop is the perfect destination.

While I acknowledge that the chips were of average quality and the chicken itself was not dry, it is disheartening that the overall experience was marred by the ineptitude and disrespect of your staff. It serves as a harsh reminder to me that I should have remained loyal to Newton Charcoal Chicken, as straying to try something new has evidently backfired.

10/10 recommendation. New owners have made this place amazing. Great food and friendly staff, will definitely be going back!

Ordered 1/4 chicken and chips. Came home to find a chicken leg and a very small piece of chicken covered in chips - NOT a 1/4 chicken. Phoned to get it rectified while the shop was still open - went straight to message bank. Won't be back. Really disappointed - they knew what they were doing

I've been here for times.
I usually get a Hamburger and potato
Cakes or chips.
The Hamburgers here are very good however
The potato cakes have been ordinary and undercooked
And the chips last night were terrible.
The chips at the top of the box were reasonable
But below they were rotten, looked like they were
Cooked four days ago.
Overall, Ican only recommend the Burgers

Went there on Friday night for Chicken & Chips, they were so nice and tasty.
The chicken was just the best, very moist, tons of flavour.
The chips were also just the best, crunch and perfect.
Well done team, staff are always nice.look for ward to going again.

Not happy. Chips are very average. Ordered a HSP. And get a snitzel cut up and some.of the worst sauce I've seen in a while. Snack off. Friendly service though, if that helps.

Best chips in Adelaide. Amazing how many shops get the chips wrong. These guys nail it every time. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.

Good food at good prices. Our grandkids loved their chicken nuggets and chips. Grilled fish was ok with a good salad. Customer service was excellent.

Worst customer service.

Called as they messed up the simple order through Uber Eats. When I first spoke to them they said to call back in 15mins. So I called back and they asked me to come in which I said I couldnt which is why I used Uber Eats.

The manager then said they couldnt do a refund over the phone!

Now I am told they cant do anything and I have to wait until the 'other' manager gets back the next day.

All I wanted was a roast chicken and chips.

Good service. Fish was good and chips were reasonable. Chips just lacking a little in flavour. Not sure if they needed extra salt or if it is the oil used to cook them. Serving size was good and reasonably priced.

The worst beef AB and chicken burger I've ever had. Next time I bring my swimsuit to get through the chilli sauce. Ruined my experience. Never going back

Really tasty chips. Nice variety of hot packs. Good prices. They even have a money back guarantee on their meals! Staff were helpful and friendly.
