Simon at EPSA diagnosed the reason for a bad back and enabled me to prepare for a marathon.

I have seen a tremendous improvement in my body since I first started at EPSA following my car accident. I was so impressed by my progress that I now continue to attend my exercise sessions for strength, balance and a resistance targeted program for osteopenia. This is a super friendly environment and the staff are very helpful. I look forward to each of my gym sessions

The moment you walk in the door you are Welcomed by the Staff, treated Respectfully, given advice & encouragement to work at the excercises to achieve positive results.

Showed little interest in following up diet progress was not given adequate time felt rushed. Told to eat ham and bacon as its protein asked my doctor and was told not good as higher risk of bowell cancer.
