I highly recommend Dr Molton at epiclinic when considering a cosmetic procedure. Epiclinic is very professional. I have had both anti-wrinkle and filler at epiclinic, both have been conducted to the highest standard. I have recently undergone lip filler, which has always been something I have wanted, but something I have been wary of. Dr Molton discussed with me how he achieves natural looking lips, which gave me reassurance to undergo the procedure.
The final result is incredible and beyond my expectations. I honestly expected some evidence that my lips contained filler, but there is none! They look completely natural, they sit perfectly and have maintained their natural shape. My lips do not stick out like a ducks beak (and this was my biggest fear!).
The reason why others have lips that look like sausages after filler is because they go to clinics where beauticians or nurses undertake this procedure. This is often discounted, because the person doing the procedure has no medical training and doesn't adhere to client safety. This should be made illegal, too many have terrible results, not to mention how incredibly dangerous it is to blindly inject filler into the skin near blood vessels!
I highly recommend epiclinic for any filler, not only because the results they achieve, but also because of the high client safety. Dr Molton uses an utrasound prior to administering filler, to ensure the filler does not go into the blood vessels.
I have so much confidence now, I absolutely love what Dr Molton has done, also listening to my final goal and achieving this:)
you would be stupid to go anywhere else, especially a beauty/ laser clinic!

I visit Epiclinic 1-2 times a month for hydrafacial treatments and hydrafacial signature glow treatments. I have seen both Jemma and Janelle and I love them both. They always take extra care and time and are very thorough. I love that I can duck in on my lunch break when my signature glows are due as they only take 10-15 minutes. Both these treatments are worth the money and I wouldn't listen to any other reviews saying otherwise! It is always a friendly atmosphere and the staff are lovely!

Disclaimer: This review is based solely on my experience with the epiclinic Signature Glow HydraFacial treatment. The purpose of this review is to pass on my experience and my opinion so others are able to make an informed decision before undergoing this treatment. I have also been fully refunded for this treatment.

I had undergone prior HydraFacials in a clinical setting with a registered nurse (LHR at the Bay). The appointments there generally take a total of 45 minutes which includes an in-depth look into my skincare routine to see if they contain any ingredients that could cause peeling post treatment.

The slogan of HydraFacial is ‘3 Steps. 30 Minutes. The Best Skin of Your Life. ’ I had no reason to believe that the appointment would take less than 30 minutes. The HydraFacial at epiclinic took 10 minutes from start to finish.

I was told by Janelle Molton, epiclinic director, that ‘[HydraFacials] would normally take up to 30 mintures in a spa setting but much less-normally 10 minutes in a clinical setting except patients who require LED which can then take up to 45 minutes. ’

I called the head office of HydraFacial Australia and NZ and spoke directly to the director, and have been informed that ‘there is absolutely no way that a HydraFacial treatment would take less than 10 minutes. ’

If you intend to receive a HydraFacial here, I would highly recommend doing some research yourself in regards to pre and post treatment care. If you believe this 10 minute treatment is worth $175 then by all means. But I would highly recommend going elsewhere for this treatment i.e. A medical spa or another clinic who will carefully and thoroughly complete the HydraFacial treatment with your best interests in mind.

Follow-up: After posting my true and honest experience, I was in direct contact with Dr Molton via email. I was threatened to be taken to court if I did not take down my review and issue a public apology.

Dr Molten did a thorough exam (ultrasound of my lips for dermal fillers). He advised it was NOT recommended I have any fillers in my lips as blood vessels too close to surface. I am so pleased he put my safety first instead of performing a dangerous procedure purely to obtain the fee. #Integrity

Love coming to epiclinic for my Hydrafacials and Fraxel treatments. Skin has never looked better! Staff are extremely knowledgeable and are very thorough especially with post care. Its a welcoming environment and very friendly place to visit!

I had my procedure with Dr, Molton and I’m so happy with the results 100% natural that’s why I chose this place because I wanted natural results and indeed I look really different but really natural, i love it, dr Molton is really experienced and he adviced me really good according my face shape and features. In few words I can’t wait to come back to Epic clinic, the only thing that I didn’t like was that the time wasn’t enough to do everything I wanted to do, but is understandable Dr, Molton has a busy schedule. I’m so happyyy with my results 100% recommended also I really like the fact that dr Molton shows a really ethical behaviour in terms of he is worrying about the random places that are offering dermal fillers services without any experience so he does really care about everyone’s outcome:) awesome experience.

Went in last week for a hydra facial to help clear some black heads and on going dirt build up. Definitely cleared my face and made me feel clean and fresh after treatment would highly recommend Over do it your self products at home. The results were awesome and I’ll be continuing to get them every 6 months.

Have been a regular client for a year or two now. I was previously getting procedures done by a nurse at a different place and had less than satisfactory results, after seeing Dr. Molton the results were two to three times better. Simply put you get what you pay for and you can't buy experience, Dr. Molton no doubt is the best at what he does and I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else. The receptionist is also a very good communicator, great at her job and makes organising appointments a breeze.

The staff at Epiclinic are professional, excellent at their job and make you feel very comfortable whilst getting treatment. My skin feels and looks fresh & glowing when I leave my appointments and the staff always follow me up with ways on how to look after my skin.
