The entire team at EP Exercise Physiology are all genuinely caring, welcoming and professional in everything they do. I have been attending weekly for 12 months and even in that relatively short period of time I have gained a noticeable difference in bone strength as well as huge benefits to my overall health and fitness levels. The EP Studio would have to be one of the most supportive and welcoming exercise studios in Adelaide! Every member of the EP team creates an exercise environment that is free from comparison, competition and judgement; something I've struggled with at so many other gyms and fitness classes. The whole team is brilliant at managing any niggles or injuries you have, and equally excel in encouraging you to build your strength and fitness levels in a safe, non-threatening environment. I went from hating exercise and not being able to commit to any regular gym or fitness classes, to regularly attending two classes a week for the past two years at the EP Studio.
I have high praise for the staff at EP EP Exercise Physiology. I've been attending one-on-one classes every week for about 18 months. I have osteopenia, osteoarthritis and a heart condition, and I need to be careful about doing the right exercises, and not make things worse. I am stronger, fitter and healthier than before. I enjoy my weekly sessions and feel like I'm among friends who care about my health. I highly recommend them
I have been attending group sessions at EP for approximately 3 years now. The instructors are fantastic with their enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure everyone works to their capabilities. Exercises are adapted to challenge or to facilitate recovery from niggles or injuries. The instructors supervise and encourage in a relaxed and positive manner, My strength, flexibility and general well being has improved considerably. There is such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I highly recommend the prenatal and postnatal classes. I wanted to exercise during my pregnancy and struggled to find a personal trainer who worked with pregnant women. I also found a lot of prenatal classes were during the day which didn’t suit those of us who were working (business hours). I joined EP when I was 16 weeks pregnant and loved it! My baby is 6 months now and I currently attend the postnatal classes. The class sizes are small so it feels like you are getting a personalized session. The atmosphere is welcoming and all the staff are friendly. The instructors are trained exercise physiologists and they make sure that the exercises are safe both prenatal and postnatal. They also check to see how you are feeling before and during each class and will modify exercises if needed. I experienced a lot of nausea during my pregnancy and found that exercising helped me physically and mentally. Now my baby enjoys coming to the postnatal classes. The classes have helped me to recover from the pregnancy and birth and I feel stronger every week.
