2Utterly and completely incompetent and largely non-transparent in their dealings with providers. Each conversation in relation to an investigation is always pre-ceded with what EWOSA cannot do to assist the client, rather than what they can do to assist. Also, very clouded on who EWOSA is actually supporting. I questioned this during my last conversation with an EWOSA customer service officer, who was unable to follow through on even basic data collection, e.g, touch type at a reasonable speed and collect data in a timely manner. Clearly English was not her first language and her ability to accurately and quickly touch type, appeared to be another skill she was lacking. I would have thought both skills would have been a mandatory requirement, in this type of position. This appears to not be the case. Halfway through the phone conversation with myself, the phone call cut out and no attempt was made by the EWOSA staff member to phone me back. Taxpayers of SA are paying this person's wages. Not good enough EWOSA!
