27Lovely staff for the most part, great egg benedict, bacon and eggs muffins and coffee. There’s one woman who works here half regularly who just gives the vibe of she hates being there so I just come here when she isn’t and I love it
Extremely rude staff. When asking for estimate food serving time, manager yelled at my partner "do not talk to my staff like that", without asking what happened. Even if they believe my partner's tone was not good, yelling at us in public just turn a private issue to public, as she was intentionally making a sence. Food were horrible. Waitress threw the dish on our table with a loud bang. Manager or owner were in full on defence mode, do not let customer voice their concerns. We stated we find the service unacceptable, they requested us to leave, even told us to walk further more even we had left their service area, not in the located zone in the Marion shopping centre. Worst service I had ever experienced in Marion shopping centre.
Don’t go there! Worst customer service ever towards a vulnerable! Please find another place where people should be treated equally with respect! Made me wait long while there was no other customer in line. No greeting, no welcome, no respect, no customer service!
Finally found this excellent little Cafe in Marion shopping centre. Great service, Really good fresh food for all. Thanks team. We hope to come back one day. Mildura Fans.
My friend had a pumpkin soup that she liked. I had a tuna baguette that was very disappointing. Sad to see people still using the cheapest mayonnaise going that is sweet, translucent, clag-like goop that ruins everything. Terrible representation of a baguette also. Staff seemed a little lack-lustre and unorganised. From what I could see, probably a better place for coffee/tea and cake. A wide range of Twinnings tea bag tisanes.
Really small portions, I paid $5 more to get extra bacon on my Eggs Benedict with bacon and just got 4 pieces in total. What a rip off this place is.
We’ve been here a few times. The food is always great. The staff are so kind and friendly. I bought a scoop of ice cream and only had 65 cents. They gave me the 5 cents from the tip jar. Truly the nicest people.
Coffee good but make sure you ask for a full slice of cake not get half a slice as we did today.
Shout out to the staff at Elly Cafe Westfield Marion who took their time with an elderly lady to make her order, helped her with personal belongings and ensured she had a safe seat. Fantastic customer service.

Have eaten here many times. Although food is ok the staff leave a lot to be desired. Only several occasions now staff (2 in particular) have been rude and condescending. Today I ordered a pot of tea and a chicken and salad sandwich and, my friend ordered a coffee extra hot and a bacon and egg sandwich. The coffee and tea were delivered and the coffee was luke warm and my friend asked if it could be put in the microwave to be heated up. This was done by a very pleasant waitress and bought back to the table. The bacon a
and egg sandwich was delivered and eaten meanwhile another 5 minutes, went by before I approached the counter to see what had happened to my sandwich. I was told that it was just about to be made and I returned to my table. Another 10 minutes passed and the sandwich was delivered by another blonde waitress who immediately started telling me that because we ordered separately I couldn't expect to get my order at the same time. There were no other customers waiting to be served when I approached the counter and just before that the staff were all standing around the coffee machine talking. I started to reply to the waitress but she flounced off saying that it was my fault that we ordered separately and rudely walked away before I could say anything. She needn't have said anything when bringing over the sandwich except I am sorry for the delay. I know good staff is hard to come by but what happened to the customer is always right. Most of the staff here are lovely but this girl needs a reality check.
The old man who works here who is completely miserable in his job at this cafe. I feel sorry for him. I don’t take it personally that you shouted at me for asking for boiling water for my baby’s bottle. Anyone who gives this cafe money I suggest going downstairs to Ergo instead. Much better staff and you get treated like a human being. Enjoy.
After coming in for a coffee and bite to eat 5-6 times over the last months I've witnessed the owner yelling at staff on more than one ocassion, agressively questioning one staff member to the point of tears about my missing coffee (I wasn't angry! Just wondering on the wait time). Absolutely humiliating for the staff and the customer seeing an owner of a local business behave that way. Will not be supporting again.
The best coffee in the Center it’s just a shame one of the young girls is very rude, basically throwing the food on the table, wouldn’t mind but this is the second time this has happend with the same girl! Maybe a suggestion? If your not happy in a customer care setting proberbly would be better working somewhere you don’t interact with people!

Rude service from female behind the counter. Young staff rushing and under the pump. Didn't take my table number when I ordered after the person I was with ordered first and said "I'm sitting at table 10 and she's with me. " Waited 20mins for my coffee which had been ready just not given to me because the order wasn't given a table number. Not the first time I've been here and not got my order when other person I've been with has finished eating and drinking. A bit frustrating because I don't choose to come here but person I go with likes it here️ Might just BYO then all will be good!

Food is ok, the young staff sometimes seem as if they are put out if you ask for the coffee to be brought out at the same time as the meal and not before. I did see an elderly man trying to eat a croissant that was clearly burnt. Why serve it. Coffee is good and usually the staff are friendly
Salad with parmigiana was not at all fresh, and very thin schnitzel. Boss and employee were arguing in front of customers, then the staff that served was cold and unfriendly. She spoke to another staff member while putting through my order saying “are you going? ” To which the other employer responded “only to buy something” then going on to say she wasn’t leaving for ever, laughing “I wish I was! ”
Salad was soggy and old. Alfafa sprouts were very old. No fresh salad! Parmi was extremely expensive for a horrible meal. And took a long time for order to come! Would not recomend.
Most disappointing ordered a coke n cup of tea
On opening the coke it was flat n only had one month before it was out of date.
On addressing this with shop attendant she was most rude n not prepared to give us a new one. After some unpleasant. Conversation with this waitress she agreed to give us another bottle Which once again was exactly the same I then spoke to the manager who would not exchange it or refund our money The waitress then proceeded to continually be rude n talk with other employees about the incident.
Will never go there again n in fact have complained to the Westfield management n consumer affairs
No one should be treated or made to feel uncomfortable when they are a customer with a ligament claim.
