Management and inside environment has changed, and more of a usa sport bar not a family bar. Went with girlfriends and a child and lots of guys, sports TV's and pool tables. Food was OK but a bit expensive for basic food. Staff were great.

Bulldoze this joint. After spending $100 on there on food and drinks I tried to charge my phone for 5 minutes to book an uber and the worker behind the bar says we can't allow you to charge that here because somebody did it the other week and it tripped the power to the whole place. Obviously a lie and clearly just the type of people that work at this nasty place.

I placed an order for a coffee, but it hadn't after 15 minutes. To test the situation, I decided to make an additional order for a toastie and observe which one would arrive first. Surprisingly, the toastie was promptly served, but I had to inquire with the staff about the status of my coffee. Eventually, they started preparing it, but upon arrival, it was disappointingly lukewarm, almost as if it had been left untouched for about half an hour. The entire ordeal resulted in a 39-minute wait for my coffee.

My friend had a similar experience with their orders. They requested a glass of coke and potato skins in one order, and a separate order for a toastie. The potato skins were brought to the table quite promptly, but the glass of coke took more than 40 minutes, and the toastie took a lengthy 50 minutes to arrive, and only after my friend brought it up with the staff.

Could you kindly ensure that your staff pays closer attention to the order receipts?

Good service and polite staff, a quiet yet friendly environment. It's a definite contrast to the location and surroundings which makes it peaceful.:)

Dined here for dinner with my Hubby on the 26/8/23. Waited 45mins for a schnitzel, chips were cold. Won't be back!

Truely great place to go play eight ball pokeys' and even play there little claw machines here truely loved my night here and the bar staff truely where great here ill be glad to revisit here

If you enjoy playing the pokies I suggest you go somewhere else if you are lucky enough to win a feature or free games they will turn the volume on your machine down killing the mood and turning your vibe else where I feel like I should have left and enjoyed wasting my money else where instead of gambling unhappy I don't mind losing the money but I do want to enjoy it walked in with $1,000 walked out regretting spending my money there staff was nice up to that point apparently it's the bosses rule but I don't know any other gaming room that has that rule very disappointed because it was enjoyable until I had my machine turned down imagine being at the races and being told to keep your voice down after winning smh

A lovely venue and great meals, good menu and prices, plenty of parking and Covid compliant.:)

Had lunch here today. I ordered the 250g rump rare, my son ordered the BBQ beef and bacon burger.
So initially the burger that came out had things to suggest it was the incorrect burger- the hostess quickly arranged a new and correct burger. My steak came closer to medium than rare, the hostess had the manager come talk to me about it. She gave me options, I chose to eat the meal delivered as my son had his new meal.
Both meals were enjoyable and my son said the burger was a good burger. Chips were good. Loved the slaw that came with my steak.
The manager came at the end of the meal and refunded my meal cost.
Both the hostess and the manager were approachable and open.
We will definitely be back again.

My meal was really nice, however the service was not that great.
Our meals were just dumped on the table for me to move to the appropriate places. The staff were too busy to engage in anyway when placing food down etc.

Atmosphere is generally nice. Food is nice enough, general tavern fare. They have ordering available from the table with qr code or tapping phone on token (that's glued to the table). Very handy if you're in a larger group or not able to wait in line.

Always friendly and efficient service, and yesterday was no exception. The only criticism I have is in no way directed to staff and management, particularly as the have done their best throughout to a) prevent the problem, and b) resolve it. The issue is when the tavern underwent a major refurb a few years ago. I campaigned for the automatic doors which were previously there, to be included in the New design. This request was ignored. As a disabled person, I find the heavy doors in the refit almost impossible to navigate. That being said, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, and I will continue to patronise this excellent tavern

Enjoyed myself thoroughly at this friendly pub, great staff, excellent food (at a very reasonable price) and fantastic service, can recommend this venue to all

For the location its actually a neat quiet friendly little place to go have a drink or a punt or poke. I don't know what else to say, they also supply masks for pokies attendance

We went there for a lunch time meal, it wasn't too expensive and the meals where quite large in the amount you get. Very tasty.

Sharing the dining room with the bar and pool table with children isnt my idea of dining with drunks and swearing.

The Reno looked amazing. The food was so delicious and hot when served. The staff were very friendly.
