Elizabeth South Surgery

I've been going to this clinic since I was 13 I'm now 27 and I can't say enough how digusting the reception have become since covid began in 2020. Refuse to allow you to speak and feel the need to over speak and treat you like dirt.
The doctors I cannot fault and they go above and beyond for their patients.

The main doctor there throws away 3 poo samples in the period of 2 weeks for a child that has constant vomiting and diarrhoea, not recommended for families with children or major health concerns unfortunately, but the receptionist there are very compassionate and professional

The doctors are wonderful especially doctor Andrew lok, what a wonderful man he truly sets his mind on something and works to achieve it, you cant even imagine how much I recommend this surgery.
Even the receptionists are lovely.

Absolute privilege to get to know these two wonderful doctors and wonderful receptionists.

The internet is full very interesting individuals. An instance of this is this Mick Dean character, as said individual can't even refrain from spelling "medical board" without adding a redundant "medical. " Don't take review comments to heart, especially from those who didn't pass 5th grade spelling.

Been going to this dr 30 years all of a sudden refused to see me receptionist so rude wouldn't give my scripts
had report to medical medical board

Don't bother with this surgery, they don't see anybody that hasn't been there for over a year they don't see new patients and they don't do basic surgery, eg Lancing an infected finger.
The Dr is wonderful but the receptionist is not a nice person most days.

I called here on recommendation for the fantastic doctor at this surgery but the receptionist advised they haven't taken new patients for several years. Although we couldn't transfer our family to this clinic she sounded understanding and apologetic so I can't fault the experience.

Andrew Lok fantastic doctor. Unfortunately they would not let me come see him because I have not visited for 4 years. Not booking old clients or new ones so don't bother if you have not been here before.

Good Drs but very abrupt receptionists. If you could bypass them then I would give a score of 5 stars

I just rang to try to make an appointment and I was hang up on. I recently was released from hospital for surgery and my voice was croaky and this lady thought it was ok to hang up on me.judging me becouse I might have not made sense since the medication. She didn't even let me explain what was happening.

At least an hour wait each time, cant get test results withou seeing the dr again, very unprofessional.

Very understanding. Also conveinient, nurse available some days, for taking blood sample for tests.
