It's not giving me the option to ignore it without any star even. They do not deserve it, never ever been on time. It is one of the worst places ever in ADL

The cancellation fee policy is a joke. Most surgeries have a “cancel within 3 hours of your appointment” policy. This place will charge you $50 to cancel within a 24 hour period. Also the last time I had a booked appointment, the doctor was over an hour behind! Feels gross that struggling familiars are being taken advantage of like this, especially in this economy!

DONT BOTHER…
This surgery should be shut down….
Bad service from a old female doctor, rude and unprofessional. It’s all about the $$$$$. I feel for all the elderly that she’s making money from…

The place has no aircon and was horrible to wait in the waiting room, it's a dump in an old trust house and the staff aren't nice. The doctor STANK badly of BO. It hit you as soon as she opened the door, it was seriously unpleasant and unprofessional. The doctor made no diagnosis and sent us home. We will never return.

This place doesn't deserve ONE STAR.what a joke save ya money don't bother going there at all. You'll wait for well over an hour to be less than 2 minutes in with "doctor" Jain. As a patient there, who suffers with extreme anxiety I was not able to get my daily medication as prescribed. Jain is supposed to be a qualified doctor with "knowledge" of mental health she refused to do a script that I cannot go without. WHAT A JOKE.with not only saying all that but how doctor Jain makes you feel very uncomfortable when talking to her as she'll speak over top of you. Speak very fast to hurry along. DON'T BOTHER AT ALL!

Money is the only care at this practice! Communication is lacking, care is lacking. Do not recommend

There are better practices out there, Dr Jain in particular is not fit to be practicing medicine, now she refuses to see me as a patient because I was up front about her practices, I was forced to find another Dr and when my new Dr requested my medical file from Dr Jain I received a text message saying I had to pay a fee to her to release my medical file to my new Dr, but of a joke really, it’s obvious Dr Jain priority is $$$ rather than my health…?

Been attending for over 15yrs and have watched a slow decline in care and management.
My regular doctor's came and went (to do rural placements) and from then, I've had minor inconveniences with visits but after a certain amount of time, you have enough.
From not being told my appointment is cancelled until I arrive at the door, to not being able to see the nurse and doctor on same day? ! (Never had issues prior or anywhere else), vaccines not available when appointments made for weeks. Empathy is also lacking more as time goes by. Its abit like your feelings are brushed off as nonsense or an excuse to some extent. It's a shame when I used to hold the practice under such high regards.

Horrible service. No wonder they’ve chosen not to be rated on health engine. Waited over an hour past my appointment time for a phone appointment, including calling them to find out what was happening with my appointment. Dr was good and gave me the care I needed but I asked the receptionist to read back my email account to make sure it was correct and she said of course then said bye and hung up. Disgustingly dismissive and also not LGBT friendly

Waiting nearly an hour after my appointment time and people that arrived after I did start getting sent in… the receptionist completely disregarded my appointment, and if I hadn’t asked about it I would be sitting here until they closed! Absolutely TERRIBLE patient service.

Made an appointment a day in advance, arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, waited 1 and half hours, to be called in and thrown back into the waiting room. Never go here. Horrible management.

I saw Dr Jain today after hurting myself yesterday (bruised ribs) as my regular gp was booked out. She was very nice, checked me over and put my anxiety to rest, and advised me which pain relief to take and a cream I could use on the bruising. Had to wait a while over my appointment time but that was fine; the clinic was very busy and the staff were clearly doing their best. I will definitely go back if I ever need to.

I would rate it a five star because of Doctor Jain, but I had a very despicable experience with the female receptionist. She hanged up on me five times when I asked her for the directions which was less than a minute away. I ended up being latefor the appointment and spoke to the male receptionist, Luckily the doctor was nice and saw my child few minutes later.

I would give less than 1 star if I could
Call up just after 12: 30pm to see availability, told there's an appointment at 1pm so I say yes and rush there, get there by 12: 50pm
And they don't see me until 2: 20pm, forcing me to sit there for an hour and 20 minutes beyond a joke, why say a 1pm appointment if your not seeing the patient until after 2pm
I set a timer and doctor saw me for less than 3 minutes, first time going there today and never again. Waiting room was disgusting, with hair and what not on the floor, didn't look like it had been cleaned for a few days, doctor didn't wear gloves when touching an infected wound

Horrible and disgusting waste of time.

I have made two phone appointments now and no one bothers ringing but I bet they remember to put your info through to Medicare to get their incentives of the appointment.

I went into the surgery 4 years ago. I was in a lot of pain and was sent for xrays and a scan. The Dr then sent me to the physiotherapist at this centre. There was calcification on my shoulder but after the first treatment with acupuncture, I was pain free and had full range of movement. There followed another two treatments and I've not had any trouble since. Prior to this, I had been going to physiotherapy at another centre for months. Cannot recommend this centre more highly.

Had an old Indian male doctor. Answered his phone during my appointment then summarised that he wouldn’t be able to prescribe me my medication. He admitted he wasted my time.

Having been a patient of Dr Seema Jain's for over 10 years, I have never had another GP that is so caring and takes the time to listen to her patients. She never hurries her patients along, and the wait times can be long, but Dr Seema Jain tries to advise not only on medication, but other therapies as well. She is not going to rush you out the door with a stack of prescriptions. She is very much a doctor that cares for her patients, and takes an interest in their lives. She is always compassionate and encouraging. If you want a 'quick fix' solution this is not the surgery for you. Dr Seema Jain wants a long term resolution that is best for her patients mentally, physically and emotionally. Dr Seema Jain also practices counselling, and is a wonderful listener. She tries to be part of the community that she practices in, and is always looking for ways to improve the surgery, the care offered to her patients and alternative therapies such as meditation and the Laughing Club. I wholeheartedly endorse Dr Seema Jain and her surgery. She genuinely cares for her patients, her community and is a compassionate human being.

Ive been seeing Dr Seema Jain for a numbers of years. The practice has gone downhill considerably. She refuses to give hard copies and wants eveything to be done electronically, but doesnt know the system. A appointment was made for my 2nd covid jab at her request. She didnt even show up for the appointment. Working fulltime plus I always have to take time off work to get to these appointments and for the doctor to not show up is downright rude. Not happy Dr Jain, give your patients the same courtesy they show you.
